StatMed services are fine for Urgent Care, however their Billing practices are deceitful and not trustworthy. IF you have insurance they will bill you 3-4 times what you will pay if you do not have insurance. You are WAY better off telling them you have no insurance when you arrive. Just pay your bill and then send it to your insurance after. I was told walkin $250-300 for my strep swab and prescription. Then they billed my insurance $750. My out of pocket was $336. I've only received excellent care here with minimal wait times. Front desk helpful. Excellent practitioners. However, their billing is a problem. They didn't have my husband's insurance on record even though I presented it when I took him in. I called them twice and gave it, I walked IN and gave it, I MAILED IT, and still they are sending me bills. He is triple covered. I give up. NEVER going there again! read more

Horrible experience. My husband came in for sharp pains in his side, nausea, sleepiness, chills/fever and not much of an appetite. After waiting awhile, a nurse comes asks for a urine sample after writing down everything. The doctor comes and asks what's going on. Then he feels his side. Saying must be a muscle strain. I mentioned the other symptoms and he says those are symptoms of muscle strains. He has him do these stretches an says it's no pain. I told him we were concerned about kidney stones because it runs in his family and should we be worried about it? He says nope. He says I'll write you a prescription for 1,000mg ibuprofen, lidocaine patch, back brace and to ice it every so often. When goes to leave, I ask about a x-ray? He says he doesn't want to subject him to radiation if he doesn't have to. Then I ask about the urine sample the nurse asked for, he has this weird look and says she asked for that? He yells down the hall. And says if you can use it go ahead but if not there's no need. As we're leaving he says if you feel worse, check in with your doctor. We go home he takes the meds and immediately throws up. That whole day food or drink can't be kept down. Thinking it was a virus. I gave him pepto bismal and he was on a BRAT diet. Finally symptoms lessened. We made an appt with our pcp today. He asked for a urine sample, blood tests and x-ray...whelp he has kidney stones! I'll just leave it at that. read more

Terrible billing department and they don't variety your insurance beforehand. We ended with a large bill despite their cash rate being much less that the amount billed to my insurance. Now I am on the hook for the total amount billed to my insurance. 950 dollar bill for a 10 minute visit. read more

This place is a complete joke. They'll mis diagnose you, guaranteed. Went in there last Tuesday complaining about my ears and sinus pain on my face. First they wanted to test me for Covid and whatever else that supposedly is going around. All negative, unless they are using expired tests. Had to go sit in my truck for 30 minutes to find this out. When I went in I saw a nurse, not a doctor, but a nurse. Said I'm fine and prescribed me steroids, amoxicillin, and 800mg ibuprofens. A week and three days later I'm not getting better but getting worse. Place is trash. True definition of what comes out of a career college. If you have choices I'd refrain from going to any of these. Complete joke read more

Walked in at 11:30 Am Waited until 4:15 to be seen by the doctor. I found out they only have one practitioner on-site working at a time. 5 hrs to see one person. The next day, I get a call that my prescription can't be fulfilled. I called to ask if I can get it sent to another pharmacy. I called at 4 pm waiting for a call back when complete as told. called 36 times before 6 pm, knowing they close at 7 pm, She told me their doctor said I had to be re-seen. I could barely walk with a kidney infection, I told her I had just seen you less than 24hrs ago. I will never invest my time or money into a place like this, save time & money & get the correct fluids & information you need at the ER. Waist of time if you're in severe pain. read more

Made an appointment for 1:15...checked in at 12:00 and the lobby is empty. Didn't not see any patient beside me..waited 45' in the lobby before they called us and waited another hr+ in the room before someone came in. Quiet and no one is around. I would understand the wait they they were busy but there is NO patient besides us here but we had to wait for 2hrs+ to be seen. The doctor was so slow and couldn't solve our issue so we had to go. if i could give less than 1 star, i would. had an appointment scheduled for my niece having an allergic reaction. arrived 10 mins before scheduled time and checked in online. as we were parking, a woman on the inside locked the door to the office and got on the phone. we are standing outside the door, waiting for it to be unlocked- mind you, my niece is on crutches and there is another patient waiting who's in a wheelchair. about 15 mins after our scheduled appointment time, the same woman who locked the door, posts a typed out sheet stating they had reached capacity and could not see anymore patients. how cruel to be sitting at her desk and seeing people standing outside, but even more cruel to see patients who need extra assistance and not even bother to speak to us and let us know before posting that notice. what a waste of time and lack of consideration. I had seen bad reviews for this clinic before coming. I have brought both my children and recommended friends for covid shots and for treatment in the past, For my children both times I was assisted by the nice gentleman at the front desk. He was quick with the checking in process and was very kind. While I was waiting he would make conversation with all patients and made the whole office more welcoming. He calmed my kids down for the covid shots and he also was the one that performed my son's x-ray when he hurt himself at school, my son couldn't stop talking about him and how cool he was. The physician Assistant and nurses that day were also very kind and quick to seeing and treating us. Sadly I was informed that the gentleman in the front no longer works here. I went in as soon as they opened, front desk was rude with an attitude & the nurse that was supposed to correct the pharmacy location never did. As I waited in my room for a confirmation about the change, a different nurse came in & kicked me out. I tried to clarify why I was waiting and another nurse other than the original shouted that it's been done. I brought my five year old here today after he had a bad fall at rock n jump and seemed to have broken his arm. Turns out after some x rays, he did indeed break his arm! I was one nervous mom today, however The doctor that was here along with all of the staff were wonderful!! The doctor was super gentle with my son, very caring and went into great detail about follow up care and some other options for us since we don't have insurance. I appreciate how caring all the staff was, as it helped to make the experience at least a little easier. read more

To the gentleman managing the front, please learn some people skills and make sure you check people's info before trying to have them fill out a ton of paperwork. Best location out of all the others they have.... Trust me!!!! Other locations the nurses and front desk are super rude and very stuck up you can feel them rolling their eyes and rushing everything... but go to Brentwood.
