people at the front don't even greet you or say they'll help you in a bit which is very unprofessional. Like i get they be busy sometimes when u come in but you can still greet patients that walk in. the physical therapy office is amazing tho, especially THEIR receptionist. read more

Yes, I waited 3.5 hours, and yes the communication with patients is poor, but the doctor that I saw was excellent! He educated me, explained my options, and prescribed an intelligent care plan. The X-RAY technician was similarly very good and treated me with kindness and respect. The waiting room is clean, modern and professional. I felt lucky to be seen and cared for, even despite the dreadfully slow pace. read more

I called the West Palm Beach center, and I spoke with Amanda, I explained my situation to her. Amanda was very professional, and she took the time to listen to what my problem was (which was somewhat complicated). I was ordered to go to this location in West Palm Beach for lab work. Upon arriving, the parking lot was packed full with only a few spaces extremely far away from the building. Upon walking through the parking lot, up to the building, I noticed that there was a black Toyota backed into a handicap spot in front of the building. It had the Sun protector across the windshield. With no handicap placard hanging from the rearview mirror or displayed on the license tag . I was extremely annoyed because being severely disabled, I had to park so far away and walk through the entire parking lot to reach the building, which is extremely painful. I took note of the make and model and entered Concentra to check in. I asked the staff behind the desk whose car was in the handicap parking spot and they all played dumb. It was obviously an employee because the car was backed in and they had the sun protector across the windshield. With no handicap placard. I couldn't believe they had the nerve the all play stupid when it was obvious they knew whose car it was. So I waited and waited and waited for my appointment. Finally the lab tech takes me for my appointment and I mentioned this car to her and she had an all-knowing look on her face. She told me she knew exactly whose car it was and that she was not surprised that they were so ignorant and self selfish to take one of the only handicap parking spots. I told her of my physical disabilities and how it causes me and extreme amount of pain to walk more than 10 feet at a time. She told me that I speak to the manager. I tried to call the manager a few times but the manager was out on vacation. When I finally did reach a manager, she was Hispanic woman, extremely rude and made excuses saying that no one that works for her would do such a thing. I said well that's funny because one of your employees told me they knew exactly whose car it was. This assistant manager was so rude, interrupting me, talking over me, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was her car. My Ortho, wrote me an RX for 4 to 6 months of physical therapy. I know that this location does physical therapy and it would be very convenient for me to go there on my lunch or after work or even before work but this would be the last place that I would go for any kind of lab work, urgent care, a physical therapy. I truly wonder if that car that was in the parking lot belongs to the assistant manager that was so nasty to me. Regardless, unless you're prepared to walk great distance, find somewhere else to go. Can you even imagine a physical therapy place where the employees ignorantly and selfishly Park in the handicap spots because they don't feel like walking when there are people who are in great pain and having to go to physical therapy and get blood work done have to walk from the other end of the parking lot? read more

I completed my annual physical, including,urine tests ,blood tests,I called the two days later to get results forwarded to my gp, sorry sir you have to come again to do the urine test , so I did , went in to give second sample ,came out of the sample room with my sample ,leave it on that table there.i look down at the table there was another urine test there with no name on it, my one had no name or no number, then I realized what happened the first test.. this place dangerous... mixing up patents samples is no joke.. now I wonder what happened my blood test. ​ read more

Terrible attention, super delay in services, it takes up to two hours to do an alcohol and drug check and physical exam, people who came with me had to leave because it is too long of a delay that you lose work or your day in a process I don't think it requires that much time. read more

This place is AWFUL. The staff has no sense of urgency, spent over 2 hours for a physical. Unorganized, half way through appointment ask for forms to be filled because they had misplaced them. Understaffed and the staff they have are incompetent at best. When asking nurse about delay she rudely replied everyone is waiting.... as she is just texting and doing nothing. Awful. They say they honor appointments but I've been waiting TWO HOURS in the waiting room amongst all the walk-ins. And did they tell me it would be that long when I first got here? No. I'm here for a drug screen amongst other tests and I have had to void since I got here. At the hour mark when I went up to tell them I had to pee really bad and that I have a drug screen, all they could say was "I'm sorry". I still have to pee and it's been 2 hours now. They could take me back to do all the things I don't have to see the doctor for first, like the drug screen. But that would probably be too much work for them. read more

To say these people inept would be a gross understatement. Employer sent employee to this garbage place for a minor simple sprain. OMG they kept sending us the bill for which the employer ordered treatment, nobody even suggested this as we have our own doctors with great healthcare. We suggested own doctors but the employer refused as a possible workers comp claim pending ( NOT) but these idiots sent us the bill and after we fought back they dropped it or so we thought. The date of service was 05/2018 and now these buttwads have sent a 384.34 to a collection agency. Can't talk to them as they are just stone cold stupid!!! read more

I would rather love to give this place a zero star but yelp doest allow me to do this... walked in here along with a colleague for drug test and upon entering they took the details and asked a form to fill it up and after submitting the form it took almost an hour to check in and I am not even sure now, how much more time it may take for test to complete and they have no options for restrooms for patients and imagine persons who walk in for drug test (or somebody who needs to pee) and had to wait for 2 hours to give the test... advice of the year: avoid this place read more

The worst medical place theres got to be to get a drug test! You will be waiting the whole day just to pee In a freaking cup! The receptionists are the worst attitude and not very informative at all. Ridiculous. The girls at the front desk are rude as hell except one of the girls who wore glasses, Spanish girl I believe, she probably is the most professional one there. A big girl in the back was rude as hell, attitude from hell. They lost my paperwork and couldn't find it. I asked for a copy of my documents and the girl at the front said " I'm finna fax it to yo employer" wtf is that?! No sense of urgency, talking about other people in the center at check out which btw takes another million years for the dr's notes to print . they all have an attitude like they hate their job and are just there because they need the money .. disgusting customer service.. ... no type of professionalism at all. Before I went in I called and of course they don't answer phones either because that's above their pay grade. I had a 9:45 appt for a hearing test and came in, filled out the one sheet of info in 2 minutes and then was told it would be about an hour til I would be seen. Straight up ridiculous!
