They do GREAT Paint Refinishing, but when it came to the last job that was done, the car was suspiciously BACKED into a Bay and just water sprayed over it, strange. Shannon told me that the Bumper Cover could only be repainted but a couple of more times before it could not be repainted anymore, saying it was repainted too many times. So, I get home to wash it, and on the rear driver side I see these weird Splinter Cracks and the Bumper Cover didn't line up with the Rear Panel. We asked about him about refixing the problem and he says the Bumper Cover has been repaired too many times. WELL!! If that was the case, why did he redo the cover AGAIN?! Then came the plethora of excuses, and that he wasn't responsible, because now, I was supposed to have bought a new Cover because the original should not have been repaired. WHAT!!? Why he wouldn't repair what he had caused blew me away, he's supposed to be the PROFESSIONAL, correct?
