Needed an oil change key word "oil change" I got to the shop at around 10:50-11am and I didn't leave the shop until 1pm I didn't say anything to anyone because they have my car I did not want to be rude but when I asked the guy angel #1 he told me "oh we didn't have any filters" which was obviously bs because if you didn't have any filters you wouldn't have been able to change the oil in the first place but than I looked over and saw the sign which probably means they're stealing shit out of your car while they're changing the oil it read "we are not responsible for any valuables left in your vehicle" ....2 hours on a oil change probably means they're going thru your car looking for valuable things to steal lastly when I got back in my car they left they're dirty ass gloves in my car and guess what there where so many of my items in the car where moved around like somebody was going through it...would steer clear from this place if possible read more

As long time clients of Alejandro and his team at Maxi Motor - I'm sad that the new crew that is now running the place is, in my opinion, a couple of kids (the two Angels) that really have no idea what they are doing - I'm not really sure the new mechanics are competent either. We had a serpentine belt break and had the car towed to them and I couldn't even drive a mile down the road before my car stalled - three times - took it immediately back to the shop and the next day they informed me that we "probably" needed a new intake manifold- they weren't sure, but that made sense to them.... It didn't to us so we left - and found a different shop to take the vehicle to. It did not need said intake, but did need so much more done. The new shop showed us photos to prove it too. Mr. Alejandro is honest and stands behind his word. news flash he has retired and the new young men who are running the business is named Angel-1 and Angel-2 . There are two men. They are not knowable nor are they honest. they did a ac check that most business do for free, they charged 133.00. Then they quoted me 715.00 for a compressor replacement then changed it to 903.00. I have been going to this shop since 2013. Never a argument or second guested anything Mr. Alejandro told me. I trusted him fully. Alejandro is the most honest mechanic I've dealt with in GA. After taking my old Ford van to another place, I was told of an engine problem that would cost $1700. Took it to Maxi for a second opinion. Nothing was right in the original diagnosis but a whole other area of the van that was never even mentioned at the first place. Maxi Motors by far is the most reliable and honest repair shop close by. The dealer wanted to charge me $650 to replace brakes and rotors. The owner showed me where the rotors were still good and only charged me $170 for brake job. Since then I have recommended several people who have all been satisfied with service and price.
