I had to squeeze in a detailing appointment within a certain timeframe because of my work hours. SJ was friendly enough to accommodate me. It was for my 2025 Ducati Panigale V4. He was quick and did a good job for the amount of time I had to get it done. He gave my bike a nice buffing and it looked good after. It was a small detailing job And he didn't charge me much so I appreciated that as well. Another plus was his location was within minutes from me. So that is another plus. If I could give this business zero stars, I would. My experience started with a phone call where the representative was arrogant, rude, and incredibly unfriendly. Based on that interaction alone, I decided I would never do business with them and left a one-star review on Google. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the owner of the shop called me personally, upset about my review. During the call, he accused me of trying to ruin his life, which felt both threatening and highly unprofessional. For a business owner to respond to honest feedback with aggression rather than self-reflection is unacceptable. The fact that the owner had the time to track me down and call me over a review speaks volumes about their level of success. If you're busy running a successful business, you shouldn't have the time--or the inclination--to harass customers. This experience not only validated my original review but confirmed that this is not a business worth trusting. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Do yourself a favor and go with Next Level. Top quality work by first class people. Excellent attention to detail. Their incredibly knowledgeable and experienced paint specialist, SJ, examined my car with two separate paint thickness gauges to measure base coat and clear coat thicknesses, and determined that it was a candidate for paint correction and OptiCoat ceramic coating. He even knew the paint color codes off the top of his head. Impressive! SJ did a great job managing my expectations, letting me know what could, and what couldn't be corrected. I was surprised to receive a text message from SJ, with before and after photos of the paint correction on my driver's side door. The difference was night and day. He continued to send progress photos periodically. Delighted by excellent communication throughout the process. When I went to pick up my 2016 Lexus LS460 L, I was thrilled by how sharp it looked after the paint correction and OptiCoat ceramic coating. Black paint is hard to keep, but this coating is making it much easier. I will be returning with my wife's car for the same treatment. Thanks for making me a happy customer. read more

I am not reviewing the service, because I never had an opportunity to experience that. However, I did have an appointment scheduled for this morning at 8am and nobody showed up. When I called to initially schedule an appointment last week, it took three days to get an actual callback after leaving a message. Called multiple times and nobody picked up. I finally received a callback on Monday and scheduled an appointment for today. I told the receptionist the details of my car, address etc, but when I called today after being stood up, she suddenly can't find the notes of those details. When I scheduled, I told her that I would call if I needed to change the appointment, but to go ahead and schedule it. For some strange reason, she didn't officially book the appointment because of that. She acted as if I was in the wrong, and offered no reschedule, or discount for my inconvenience. I'm sure the actual service is exceptional, but my poor experience with scheduling and being stood up has left a sour taste in my mouth so I will never use this business. read more
