Extremely unprofessional. I went in to remove my acrylic tips and the nail tech tried persuading me to keep them on. Then she finally removed them by shoving a credit card under the acrylic nail to remove them. After handing a tip to my nail tech she counted the tip dollar by dollar in front of me. I also ended up with a nail infection two days later from this place. Very unhappy with this nail salon. read more

I will never go here again. All I wanted was a simple pedicure, to take the powder gel off my nails on my hands, and to get a simple manicure with no color. Just to clean it up. The guy who did my nails must have been new because he took an hour and a half to do all of that. The pedicure alone took an hour and fifteen minutes and he looked like he didn't know what he was doing. He barely gave me a manicure, and it looks terrible. Surprisingly the pedicure came out good. But for all of that, they charged me $43. I don't even know why I agreed to pay it. $35 for a mani/pedi and $8 to take the powder gel off. I should have just been charged for a mani/pedi even though I barely got that. I wish I could get my money back, was a huge waste of time and for nothing. read more

Horrible. Experience. First of all, the woman doing my nails was so rough, to the point where i was visibly in pain. She left marks on my cuticles and cuts. A woman gave me a massage and I didn't hear her say that it was $12 and I only brought enough for my nails. They got mad at me because i didn't have the $3 i owed. Do not recommend ever. read more

Shelly is very rude. I went for an hombre French manicure. I had a UV gel fill earlier in the week since I had a huge event and was going for a color change the day before the event. I had an appointment for a pedicure a polish changed. I was completely rushed and my manicure came out horrible. It was nothing like the picture that I showed her. When I asked if she can fix it she told me I had to pay $80 and was very rude asking me why my nails had to be like everyone else's. I was coming out in a wedding and everyone else's nails came out the same and we all went to different places. I asked her what was going to be done differently that I had to pay more after she did the job with gel polish. She didn't answer me. So i told her I'll pay for the pedicure but not my manicure unless it's fixed. She told me just pay for my pedicure. When I go to pay the guy tells me I have to pay for my manicure. I told them redo it and I'll pay and he even threatened to call the cops on me. Shelly grabs me by my arm takes my card charges me for the pedicure. As I'm walking out she grabs me again by my arm and tells me why didn't I tip for my pedicure which I already did. They are rude and honestly the work there is a hit or miss. This is my first review and I'm sorry to be so negative. I was made to feel highly self conscious when I went for a pedicure yesterday. I am leaving for a beach vacation next week and have a wax appointment for my legs at another establishment. I went into Concept based on Facebook recommendations and I regret it. Upon arrival, I was seated by a young female technician who handed me a menu. When I said I only wanted a basic pedicure, she made a comment to her colleague, who then laughed. This technician then began to fill the tub and saw my legs. She said something else to her colleague who then looked at my legs and commented back. She then went and pulled a young man away from another customer and sent him to me. He then performed all of the pedicure steps adequately (though his own nails were long and dug into my skin during the brief foot massage). Each time he touched my legs there was discussion between him and the other technician. When it came time to put polish on, he got another gentleman-the manager/owner-and he put on the polish. They did the job fine which is why there are two stars for the review. It was all very no frills and basic, which I guess is what I paid for, but at $25 I was disappointed. The humiliation I felt for the blatant discussion over the hair on my legs was also uncalled for and rude. read more

Terrible service. So much attitude from owner who was impatient and kept rolling his eyes at me. I asked for a heel treatment with my pedicure, the owner put on the wraps and left for 15min! In the end of November, my legs were absolute icicles by the time he came back. But wait...he didn't even come back, he just sent another worker over to me who didn't even comment on the wait time or how cold my legs were. I payed for one of the more expensive pedicure options 52$, and on top of all that the pedicure came out poorly! I will not be returning. read more

I picked out an emerald green color which came out black. I then expressed I was unhappy but I didn't have time to change the color at the time. One of the workers, Bill, then said it was no problem and to come back in a few days to change the color since it didn't match the swatch. I come back and everyone was very rude- asking me if I'm sure I want this new color, and if I'm sure I like it. As if I changed my mind when he was finished and hated the emerald color. Not the case- again it came out black. Bill then comes over and says that's the color that YOU picked. No. Didn't match the swatch. Overall just rude people. I spent how much money and I'm the one to blame for your colors not matching? Never returning. Not relaxing. They don't care about their customers just the $$$ read more

This was my first time at Concept..I got a uv gel fill and they rushed the whole thing. Nails were different lengths and the corners of my nails weren't even polished. Three different people were all working on my nails moving me from seat to seat. They did offer to fix what I didnt like but it's hard enough to make time for my nails.. If they didnt rush in the first place we wouldn't have had an issue. And they made me bleed twice. Plus they're more expensive then everywhere else. Its definitely nothing special. Having just moved to this area in the beginning of the COVID outbreak, I had no clue where to get my manicure. I went to a salon out of my area and had a very poor powder nail manicure. So, the search was on. I went to Concept Nails and they had to remove the very thick layers of powder. They were extremely efficient, polite and patient. I've been coming here for over a year now and it's a decent nail salon. I'm giving 3 stars bc 4 is too high and unable to do a 3.5. The reason being is bc I only use Cici. She takes her time and the polish seems to last a lot longer than using anyone else. I took me awhile to find her bc I literally tried everyone until I got her. The others rush you and use the same polish that's on for 3 finger or toes! I HATE that. You need to re dip for every finger! Not sure why they do this to save time or polish either way it's awful and it makes for a crappy manicure or pedicure that doesn't last! They even do that when you bring your own polish! Annoying. I hope they read their reviews bc it would be a much better place to go to. read more

couldn't find any info about this place so I decided to try it. clean and friendly service. a woman named Tina helped me and did my toes (the green tea $55) and it was amazing, price and things done where comparable to other places that offer the same thing. she then gave me a 10min massage (10$) it was also very good. then she did my eyebrows (8$) the shape was perfect the only thing was she left some wax behind on me, but the shape and how quick she pulled the hair out is far more important. I really liked this place, they where a little busy but waiting wasn't that bad. read more

Concept Nails is horrible and expensive, I was a walk-in and asked if they had time if they didn't I would have come back. They said no problem, then proceeded to rush a young girl out of the chair she was using to put her shoes on. They sat me down and half started then moved me to another chair, the ENITRE time 2 ladies were talking and rushing to the point I had to stop the lady to tell her she needed to remove all old polish before putting the new one on. Then the 2nd lady had an appointment so the 1st lady was bouncing back and forth between me and another customer.. The "owner" I assume, walked about ordering each one of them to do something everyone seemed rushed, and rude. I will never go there again !!! read more

They try to overcharge you if they can. They tried to charge me $35 for an acrylic fill when a full set costs less than that. Tried to tell me to take my nails off bc they were "old" when it was only the 2nd fill on the set. They were trying the typical scam that all nail salons try to pull by trying to make me spend more money for no reason. I said no new set a week later they all started falling off and breaking. Pretty sure they purposely did them bad bc I didn't agree to whatever they were trying to sell me. I only went there because the place I usually go was closed and I was in desperate need of a fill. My nail tech put about 5 layers of paint on my toenails and afterward had to go back and clean it up with nail polish remover. My daughter and I went there for the first time today. It was awful. First, we asked about a gel pedicure and was told it was $27 but when the bill came they charged us $40 and said we misunderstood. We did not misunderstand. Then they rushed us to pick a color only to have us sit in the chairs for 10 minutes before anyone came. Only one person came and started on my pedicure while my daughter continued to wait. My entire pedicure was done in less than 10 minutes and after my polish was on she said "did I forget the massage?" Yes! You forgot the massage!! Not only that, she got nail polish on my skin and left it there. My daughter was still sitting waiting. Finally someone came to do her pedicure. They left old blue nail polish on her skin and she had to ask them to remove it. That is the first and last time we will ever go there. read more

I took my daughter to get our nails done. I made appointments for both of us. When we got there we waited for ten minutes. Then one woman took me and did a rush job on the S and S. She got the polish all over my skin. When I asked her about when she was going to fix the problem she said not to worry that when the nails are dry she would help me. It was the first time I had the S and S done so I said ok. The owner came over and applied cuticle remover oil on skin and tried to cut away with a cuticle tool. My daughter in the mean time was finally get her nails done and when a woman walked in my daughter was left to wait. This would never had happened had my daughter been an adult instead of a child. Her nails were finally finished by a different person who was very kind to my daughter and did a nice job on her nails. The owner Anthony saw I was not happy about our experience and she he would give me a discount on my daughters nails. When I went to pay he said he never said that. Came here for the first time and got a beautiful stiletto SNS powder manicure by Tina. I loved it! She said to come back for a fill that would be $30. When I came back I was seen by a woman for a breif moment who completely misunderstand EVERYTHING I said since day one; she said they didn't have SNS, they didn't do tips, she said they couldn't do a full on SNS - she had no idea what I was saying and looked like she was forever solving math in her head. She said that my nails had to be completely taken off for another set, I said fine. She told me the price would be $45 including $5 nail repair. I told her I was quoted differently, she reassured me her price was correct. I agreed as she drew up a ticket for me. She put a new tip on my index finger that was broken and I told her she cut it too sort. She looked confused yet still completely ignored me and kept moving on. She then took me to Tina and said before I sat down the woman that it would be an additional $5 for the shape and ANOTHER $5 because my nails were "too long" and I "needed to cut them and make them normal". I had told her she had already drilled my original manicure off, told me a price we agreed on, and THEN changed the price again. I told her that wasn't right. I should have just walked out from there but I did like the way Tina did my nails previously. I asked Tina why she quoted $30 from the start and she said that the other woman was the boss and makes the prices. Fair. Tina insisted I cut my nails to make the price go down and again used the word "normal". I immediately felt insulted and angry. After she finished she asked if I wanted a stamp on their business card I received last time. I told her no because I don't appreciate the run around they gave me or how they kept insisting and suggesting I get a different style of nails. "Normal". read more
