Stopped in on a whim because my regular place was closed. This is under new management, apparently, so their grand opening deals were all 20% off. The salon was pretty and quiet. I hate when I walk into a salon and News12 is on and loud commercials... I just want to relax. They had a Celine Dion CD on :) My nails looked beautiful and I was thrilled with the 20% off! Still my fav nail salon, pretty much EVER! I've had 'fake' nails for over 12 years now and out of all the salons I have tried, this one is the prime nail joint that stands out. I haven't had a fill in over 3 weeks and guess what.. no lifting, not one nail has fallen off and my gel color is only slightly chipping at the corners b/c I'm pretty aggressive with my nails and using them to open stuff. Yes, it may not be a cheap salon but um, cheap is never good, duh! This is mid-price range but the effort and quality is absolutely top notch! Go in with a smile and sometimes there is a wait..call ahead obviously and ask first! David is the bomb and his nail work is awesome-- i know from all the years of compliments on my hands! read more

Rude service because I didn't have an appointment... a customer should be able to have good service but a rush job and rough treatment is unacceptable. When I asked the worker if they had the same gel color he said yes. It was a totally different color and then got upset when I wanted to change colors. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all and I don't plan to patronize that establishment ever again! read more

This cleaquiet comfortable "no-drama" nail salon was the perfect start to my day. Linda did a quick, meticulous pedicure for $27. Tip her well and get a nice shoulder massage while you dry. Next time I will try the Spa pedicure with lots of massage and extra exfoliation, paraffin, and moisturizing clay. read more

Hi! PLEASE, READ IT ALL. If you want to have a pleasant experience and have your nails looking good, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. 1. When I walked in, the receptionist (a man), was asking me what I needed while he was using his phone. He NEVER looked at me. He had a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. 2. The lady that did my nails was nice, BUT... I asked her to cut down my nails and she cut one waaaaaay TOO MUCH. I showed her the nail and asked her to fix it and she said that it was like that because my nails are "DIFFERENT". That doesn't even make ANY sense. IF, let's say, they are "DIFFERENT", isn't your JOB to make them look "THE SAME" and "PAIRED"???? 3. I had a GEL manicure which was $30.00. The nail polish that she used, as you can see in the picture, it was a CHEAP one. Not mentioning that the LED GEL MACHINE was old AS F*CK. It was not working the right way AND I could see the MOLD inside the machine and the back part. 4. I also had a pedicure, specifically, a Crystal pedicure. It was $35.00 for the pedi and it included a 10 minutes massage and a paraffin treatment. THIS WAS THE ONLY GOOD EXPERIENCE. I loved my pedi, the massage was great and my nails ended up looking cute. BUT, when the lady sat me down in the front machines that they have to dry the nails, I had to be there for around 25-30 minutes because they were NOT DRYING. This means that the dry machines are ALSO OLD. The only thing I'm afraid of is that the nail polish she used for my pedi end up being cheap too and crack within 2-3 days. Let's see! 5. While I was waiting for my nails to get dry the lady gave me a 5 minutes massage in my back. THIS WAS A PLUS. Thumbs up! 6. I also had my eyebrows done with the same lady. It was $7.00, that's the average. BUT, she f*cked up one of my eyebrows. With the right one, she followed my shape and did it good. Meanwhile, with the left one, she did it the same way she had hers, an arch shape. HORRIBLE! I asked her to fix it BUT THEN AGAIN, she said that that was the shape of my eyebrow. COME OOOON! I ended up paying $72.00. EVEN THOUGH I didn't like the service in its whole, I still gave her a $17.00 dollars TIP. Ok? ******YESTERDAY, the same day I had my nails done, after 4 hours, the GEL POLISH RIPPED OFF.******* ******DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY GOING TO THIS PLACE.******* You are welcome, ladies. Don't know how I never came here before but this is definitely going to be my regular nail salon from now on! I've tried so many in the area that were either busy, lacking, or had an attitude (or were grossly overpriced). THIS place was perfect! David, the owner, is very nice and prices are very fair for the great work he does. I loved that he had prices hanging up in plain sight and told me the cost of anything extra before doing any extra. After going to a salon that had no prices visible and charged an exorbitant amount, this salon was like a breath of fresh air! Plenty of space out front in the lot too, so you don't have to worry about where to park! Fellow YELPER, Kate, recommended him to me after she found out about the last manicure I had and I'm SO glad that I followed up and came here! I went in as a first time customer for a mani/pedi before my vacation. The lovely technician was a dream. My pedicure was truly relaxing and when the nail polish I chose for both toes and feet didn't mesh for my fingers, she chose a similar color and added sparkles as a finish so my nails look like diamonds are encrusted in the polish. Then as we're wrapping up, she helped me put on my sandals and gave me a card to come back again. Which I definitely will!!! read more

I have been meaning to write this review for some time now . I come her often for a mani-pedi and have to say not only do they do a nice job David,Lisa,Linda,Lucy and Nicole are so welcoming when u walk in. I often bring my 88 yr old mother and they are accommodating and patient. My mother says the massage they give her helps relieve cramping and pain she often feels in her knees and feet. Didn't like this place. Lady doing my nails and toes had an attitude then when she thought I wasn't leaving a tip cause I leave it in cash not on my CC she kept asking me for it. Horrible Horrible! Don't know where to start! So they only have one person doing nails, so I came in with a friend she went first, I waited like 30 min than it was my turn. In sitting in the chair I made sure to ask before how much it'll be for a fill and 2 nails with chrome they said $19 fill and $5 for chrome. I said oh that's good! So I'm in the chair and they guy told me my nails were to long! And that it'll be $5 extra dollars I thought it was crazy because my nails weren't even that long to pay an extra $5 (I will try to insert a picture.) so I said okay cut them so this guy cute then super short! And starts shaping them square! When I obviously came in with coffin shaped nails. So I asked him why is he shaping them like that, and he says oh $5 more dollars to shape them like you want, are you serious !! So he tried to charge extra money either way so why couldn't he just state that either way I had to pay $5 extra. When I could've just kept my nails how they were from the Start. And besides cutting them and reshaping them is more work so I don't understand why they charge extra money I would understand if you had 3 inch nails or longer cause it's more work. So I walked out I was just so furious! Than he has the audacity to tell my friend who was still getting her nails done (her nails didn't come out good either they were bubbling and they weren't straight and really thick.) why I was upset and I wasn't getting free nails! This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. The guy who did my nails (I believe his name is David) did a poor job.My nails were chunky and i told him to fix it and he did but with an attitude (he blamed it on me because I told him to add another layer since the color looked "clear pink" instead of pink, He is the nail tech so he should know better not me) On top of that he made 3 of my nails bleed and continued to use all the nail tools on me. This was my go to for pedicures and manicures. My daughters purchased a gift certificate valued at 50dollars for Father's Day. I visited the salon approximately 2 weeks ago and explained that I couldn't find the certificate to use for my next visit. He said to me, no problem I know that purchase. Well today after my visit, all of a sudden he had no knowledge of the conversation! Extremely angry, I assured him that I will not be back. I paid again and left. I stopped in here on my lunch break for a pedicure and was very pleased with the service. I received a friendly welcome and didn't have to wait. One of the guys did my pedicure and he was excellent. I didn't catch his name, but it wasn't the one who sits up front who (I believe) is the owner. He took his time and I appreciated the effort. I usually cringe when they start trimming the cuticles but I didn't feel a thing when he did it. He also gave me a very good foot massage. The pedicure looks great and I feel great. I've gone here a few times, giving them the benefit of the doubt every time. The technicians and owner have an attitude. When you ask questions they answer rudely and abruptly. Makes you feel like you are bothering them. The place is fairly clean but not well kept. (Black duct tape over all chairs) I will definitely not be going back to them. read more

I've been going here on and off for 10yrs. The women are AMAZING; Personable, polite, quality workmanship. They really keep this place running. The owner, David, leaves much to be desired in the customer service dept. I've never seen him give pedicures. He doesn't talk much - which is fine, I'm there to relax - not chat. Not very friendly. So when I went in last week I saw all the women working away. I expected to have to wait for my pedi, which was fine. David set up the water and I picked a color. My feet began soaking and David sits to start the pedicure. I was very surprised - but I went with it. During so, I'm expecting him to ask me what kind of pedicure I want. Nope. So I stay quiet... He removes old polish, files the nails. Now I'm thinking ok, he'll ask what services I'd like. Nope. I've been going here long enough to realize he was giving me the 'Quick Pedi' for $16 when in fact I wanted the $27 pedi and a wax. But David ASSUMING instead of communicating with his customer, cost his company about $25 - and some satisfaction. I left with a poor quality pedi (quick to say the least) and no wax. Why should I go out of my way as a customer to insist on what I want when the server should be asking - not assuming? These are business/customer service basics. I shouldn't. And I wasn't about to start. I'll go back to ZW Nail for my pedi's because the women there are excellent. But ONLY the women will do my pedi's. read more
