Showed up and her staff confronted me about the messages. I didn't mention it. She came out screaming at me and said "that's right she called me so many times". She had customers there in her spa receiving services and she was screaming at me. And the other girl in the front tried to gang up on me as well. I asked her why she would treat her customer (me) like that. She said she would give me my money back. Her staff were making faces behind her back acknowledging that she was out of line. Terrible experience and very rude owner. Needed to say at the end goodbye to me very sarcastically. I have family and friends and use this spa and will never again. Also, past employees have written reviews about how bad her management is.

Call the Salon when you are ready to reschedule". When I called, later that same day, the person answering the phone knew nothing (typical of this place) & then the owner texted, didn't have the guts to call & she wrote...that too much time had passed (what an idiot, it was on her time) & b/c of the cancellations (only one (1) cancellation), I could reschedule, but I would have to pay full price. The woman who worked on my nails did a good job. My one frustration is regarding the tipping policy. The signs read that cash tips are greatly appreciated (maybe not be the exact phrasing). I tried to add a tip onto my card and was abruptly told "only cash." I apologized and said I didn't have any cash but would try to find an atm and come back. I had to go to my work event and the salon was closed when my event was over. I am happy to follow policies when clearly stated. If you expect cash in tip, please update your signs. I return to this area for work 2-3 times a year and will probably give them another chance. My nails and toes do look great.

Usually it is women painting my nails and they do a good job but the only male manicurist/pedicurist present on the afternoon of 8/25/26 wouldn't stop digging into my skin with his nails while painting my nails despite me saying it hurts, and he kept filing my skin while filing my nails as well. I know to some extent that is inevitable but this was egregious. He also left acetone in foil on my nails for over an hour despite me asking why they weren't removed yet. Getting the shape/length of my nails "correctly" (he never did get it right) took forever because I kept having to point out what was wrong and eventually I just said "ok." Also I had a wound on my leg that was scabbing (healing) and he thought it was a good idea to use the foot/leg scrub to take the scabs off. I was honestly shocked. The paint job was poor, and as you can see there were so many issues I didn't even want to say anything anymore, I just wanted to leave instead of getting the wax that I also wanted afterwards. I paid for my nails and began to walk out and the man stopped me by calling me out in front of the entire salon saying something along the lines of "No tip!?" with his hands out and I said "No, there were so many problems" and he mumbled angrily, shouted across to another employee telling her that I didn't tip, and waved me off to go away. Before you get the wrong idea, just know that 99% of the time I tip people that give me beauty services - INCLUDING the previous times I've been at this nail salon - because they deserve it for going above and beyond. That was not the case here. I don't even feel like I got the bare minimum of service I deserved. And a tip should be appreciated but not be required or expected. This place should be ashamed of themselves for their behavior as if the service today wasn't bad enough. And also, the women here have recognized my voice on the phone and when I've gotten services in the past so if they recognized me again this time they should know it was a big mistake letting me get treated like that. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing treat and I was open to giving these guys another chance with someone else to do my nails but now it just seems like an unsafe place to spend my time. I strongly suggest you go somewhere else. There are many more nail salons in the area.
