Be AWARE this place will sell you the photos with their logo on it. Something ive never seen in any professional studio.If you are purchasing this photos and paying regular price why do they have to come up with them wanting to mark your photos ??? If you post them on any social media you are in a way promoting their business. I called the unprofessional photographer and he told me he cant remove the trade mark because is his pictures!!! Say what!????? I payed for them and now are my pictures. Not even JCPenney portraits will do you like this.He refused to take it off. My sister in law used them for their wedding years ago. They warned me not to use them because they didn't have the best experience. Unfortunately because of the prices was so affordable my now wife and I decided to take the risk. We used them for our engagement pics everything was great.The engagement package included the canvas for display for the wedding day. The wedding day comes along. They arrived on time. We booked them for pictures and video. Everything seemed to go great. My mother in law asked the pictures and video will be ready. They said in two weeks. After a few months, we haven't heard anything from them. So we decided to touch base. They said that the pictures were not ready yet and they needed more time for the pictures and video. We waited finally after 4-5 months later the pictures were ready for us to pick from. My wife was upset because the photos were focus more on me than her. There are no pictures of her getting ready in her big day. I was so upset. They told her it was because she had told them no more pictures of her. She told me she needed to change and then they will take more. She texted them that she was ready, but they didn't show up. They were by they stairs waiting for her to come out. They only took one picture of her by the stairs that she hates so much because the picture doesn't show the grand stairs and the picture is blurry. Once we picked the pictures we wanted for the album and the ones that were going to be in big print. They said it would take about two weeks for the pictures to be completed. The video was no where near done. We waited...after almost a year... We finally picked up our video. It was really great. I just wished they took more shots of us. And I wished they recorded our piano player with the songs we specifically asked him to play. Instead of a random one. Then they told us that they lost all of our pictures and they needed the slide show back to make sure they would at least get the correct pictures. Supposedly edison had an outage and that messed up their system. We didn't buy that. I think they had taken most of the pictures in low quality. Most of the pics were blurry. Not in the sharpest which was odd because they have a professional camera I just think they do know how to use it. What was most upsetting is they didn't communicate. They are so over booked they do not have the time for customers. Since they only had 3 pictures we can actually blow up in large print. They offered to retake the pictures. Clean the dress and do my wife's hair. My wife was concern about the hair styles. But he assured us that the stylist can do any type of hair. We took the offer. We had to contract the florist again for the bouquet for $250 plus tax.The day of the retake of the pictures. The stylist was not able to do the hairstyle my wife wanted. So she was a little annoyed. The appointment was at 3pm. Hair appointment was at 1pm hair took two hours. So she quickly came back home to do her makeup and change. The photographer was upset because we were taking long. And the photographer kept saying he needed to go back to the studio and he doesn't have time to wait. They didn't calculate how much time it would actually take for a woman to get ready for pics. I think we finally arrived at 4:30ish. They took the pics, and everything went fine. They said that the pics will be ready in about a week and he will give us the pics in a disk. I also asked if I can have whatever pics he was able to salvage from the original pictures from the wedding even if they were low resolution, he agreed and said it was fine. We received the pics in the disk from the re-take. My mother in law hated all of them. She liked the ones from the actual wedding day. So we ended up picking a mixture of the re-shoot and actual wedding day. The only thing is that the engagement pictures were completely lost. I was devastated. This is suppose to be memories for our children and grandchildren. Which we had nothing,but the canvas.Our luck there was water damage in our apartment. And it ruined the canvas. So we contacted the photographer again telling him what happen. He wanted to charge us to re-print it on a canvas. We were not about to pay $130 something again for something that was clearly their fault. They did not varnish the canvas. Varnish is a protective coat that protects the picture canvas from any water damage. This is something that we asked art stores and other photographers if they can fix the water damage on the canvas. They said no. The people we hired messed up and didn't vanish it for whatever reason. I asked them they said they do not varnish the canvas bc it smears the pic.it was a lie. They simply forgot. We asked for the image of the pic. They had it and gave it to us free of charge. Which kept me wondering if they had the other engagement pics. Bottom line pay a professional it's worth the money. It's your wedding. No I do not recommend using them. This shop,too busy for even. read more

Needed a baby passport photo which can be very intense and stressful to take with all the rules needed for a perfect photo to be accepted by the passport agency. Although it was still a bit stressful we got it done and the photo we got was accepted and we are on our way to pick up the passport as I type! I really thank the guys that got it done. :) read more

Honestly the work these men provide is of the highest quality. Reading the recent reviews they are accurate except for both of the negative ones. Those are complete lies. These men do their job right. I hired them back in 2010, when I turned 15. I went to different places and when I came across Conceptos I absolutely fell in love with their work. It was exactly what I was looking for. I like how they treated my family and I when we went to their location, they had a lot samples to show us their fine work. And it is a work of art. There was no doubt in my mind that they were the ones. As soon as I chose them, I started giving them my ideas for my pre-video and how I wanted to set things up for my pictures and they gave me suggestions and it all worked out fine. During the party they arrived at my house early (party was at my house) and started recording me in the morning and taking a few pictures. Later on we headed to the park and took amazing pictures with my family and chambelanes. After that it got to the big deal, the party. Pictures of me were being taken everywhere I went, people were being recorded, I was being recorded they were doing a great job of getting the party in pictures and video. After a few months I received my pictures and they were amazing, the quality is awesome and they got a lot of pictures of me, even when I wasn't aware of them. The video after watching it, made me cry. They got the really good parts and it was just the best of the best. I honestly like their work and I recommend Conceptos to any one with a big event. If you want to remember your even go to Conceptos! Great quality, out going people, great work and dedication! They are just amazing and we are even getting them for my younger sister who will be turning 15 in August. Any negative reviews are bullshit.
