My 12 year old daughter is a dancer and we needed new headshots before her next dance workshop so we booked an appointment . It was an amazing experience! My daughter is a dancer but can also be shy and Cassandra made her feel so comfortable. The moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm welcome then shown back to the cutest room were you can change and do touch ups. The room has comfy couches and anything you need plus refreshments and snacks and even snacks for you dogs. Cassandra is so nice and sweet and great with pre-teens which isnt always easy..Lol! She really set the mood and made my daughter feel so comfortable. The personal touch of having my daughter's favorite music playing for her was a huge plus!! My daughter loved that. Our family had just recently had a photo shoot with this studio and even though we hadn't seen all of the photos taken yet, we left with a very positive impression. When you enter the studio, the entire staff greets you warmly and you're made to feel comfortable and at home. Their dressing room has everything you need to take care of a baby and there are plenty of snack and refreshments for the parents. The photographers that did our photo shoot were Cassandra and Leah and they were such a joy to work with! They were both lively and enthusiastic and gave us clear directions for posing and made sure everyone, especially the baby, looked their best for the shot. I had an amazing experience with my family photos at The Pod Photography. Leah and Cassandra made the process so easy and fun. I was supposed to take my maternity photos but I was so far along I could no longer travel. Every little detail was taken in consideration from the initial call for the vision, to planning my wall gallery, to having everything we needed in the waiting room (snacks for everyone and the kids, drinks, coffee for parents, vanity for touchups). I had been looking for a place to take my daughter for her very special first birthday photoshoot. I am so glad that we found this place. What an amazing team! They were truly fantastic from beginning to end. I mainly dealt with Cassandra and she was so sweet. She really helped pull everything together for us. Cassandra and I went over the theme and she gave me some ideas and examples and helped me choose the background and colors. She also incorporated our baby's favorite dolls in the shoot. I loved that they not only had a huge wall packed full of different adorable outfits, the girls had actually chosen looks they thought would go great with the theme which took so much stress off of me. I didn't have to worry about buying outfits or the overwhelming feeling of choosing it myself in the studio. They also had custom built our set to match our girls birthday theme. They came prepared with different toys and tools to keep baby playful and happy. We did have a good amount of crying and tears (of course) but they knew exactly what to do. We didn't feel rushed and alone. They were there patiently doing whatever they could to make sure we got the shots I really wanted. We received our photos yesterday and we love them! The process was easy! The first step was us going into the studio to meet with the team and talk about what set ideas we had. With their help we were able to brainstorm and come up with some amazing sets! Once our baby was born we notified them, and then we set up a time to come into the studio. When we walked into the studio we were in awe at the execution of our ideas! They captured everything we wanted and then some. The Pod was BY FAR the best photo studio I have ever been to. Took my twin girls to take their 1st birthday pictures 2 weeks ago and I can't thank the staff enough for how helpful they were with handling my babies. From the moment we arrived we were catered to and treated so kindly. Offered drinks and snacks and even when one of my daughters was tired, cranky and fussy we were able to stop and take a break (for however long we needed) to regroup and feed them. I wanted to get professional pictures done for the holidays. Luckily, I came across POD Photography because they were having mini holiday sessions available! It was for a reasonable price too! I was so happy that I decided to book my session with them because they were so informative when I called. They also provided additional and detailed information via email. Everything leading up to the day of our photoshoot was very smooth. On the day, we got there early and they were very welcoming! We had our own room where we were able to change and they gave complimentary drinks. There were snacks available in the room as well.
