My fiancé and I loved working with Stephanie for a surprise proposal video and photoshoot. 1. She was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. From receiving the quote all the way to the finalization of the gallery, she never stopped answering questions and always had recommendations to make everything better and smoother. 2. She had fun energy and made the photoshoot enjoyable and memorable. Both my fiancé and I are introverted people that don't really take a lot of pictures. My fiancé hired Stephanie and her partner to take pictures of the proposal, and they drove from Torrance to Arcadia. Our package was reasonably priced for a two hour photo shoot. They shared the best initial images within days after the shoot, the small video a week after, and uploaded final photos within two weeks. During the shoot, Stephanie was very calm, though a bit quiet, so I suggest couples have some poses and confidence in doing their poses and acting in a way that shares their characters and relationship instead of expecting directions. We had a zoom session to plan the details of the day, and it was clear she had lots of experience, which made me feel less nervous about all of the logistics that would be involved (my proposal would be during golden hour at El Matador state beach in Malibu on Labor Day). I originally booked a family photo shoot with Stephanie for my parents, brother, family dog, and me. I had to reschedule several times and eventually change it to be a photoshoot with my husband, dog, and me. Stephanie was so accommodating and understanding throughout! Oh I love our photos so much. We got newborn photos done around 3 weeks after our baby girl was born, and even though I wasn't yet feeling amazing, the few hours of shooting were so fun and relaxing, and it truly shows in the beautiful photos. First off, the process of booking a session with Stephanie was so easy. I booked a slot on Stephanie's website, and Stephanie reached out immediately to schedule a phone call to learn more about what type of photos we were looking for and to help us determine a location for our shoot. She had numerous photos of each location in the South Bay she frequently shoots at, which made figuring out where we'd want to shoot and determining the type of photos we wanted so easy. All we were hoping for was 1 frameable photo with our baby, but in a 30 minute session with Stephanie, we came out with dozens of great family photos, where even our baby is smiling and looking at the camera.
