You can barely turn around in there and everyone is in everybody else's way. The cashier didn't even greet me and when I went to swipe my SNAP card, it came up insufficient so she has me go through the process of swiping it again. I thought she read my amount and put it in but it comes up declined again and she just stared at me. The greenhouse itself is huge, well organized, and surprisingly easy to shop despite how much they have. I'd honestly love to see what the selection looks like even earlier in May, though planting too early in Michigan always feels a little risky. Prices felt very fair too, especially compared to some of the hanging basket and planter prices at local markets and pop-ups. Definitely a spot I'll be returning to.

Their flats are well organized, it didn't take us long to find what we were looking for. A set bush beans, cilantro and cucumbers. All that for $1.99 a piece?? YES PLEASE!! It makes me hella excited for this summers first harvest. If you're an avid green thumb and love to plant stuff for the summer. Barb was so thoughtful and thorough, wanting to ensure the arrangement looked perfect for my parents. She was super sweet, was asking questions to make conversation as she worked, and also helped me find a card in the store while she was working. Her help was truly appreciated, and I'll definitely be back for more flowers in the future! The price was also great, and I was able to grab a vase too. While I was waiting, I grabbed some cupcakes from Tony Cannoli -- chocolate, bubble cake, and birthday sprinkles. All were very delicious, as always! Walked in and quickly greeted - i had about three people ask if i need anything; literally were chatting with other customers and making everyone being seen. I was coming in for a specific item which i found and then of course i had to browse a little. I think someone was doing inventory or just general work and i ask him about the taste of item; he said "take a sample" and you should've seen my face because other stores dont want you to try again unfortunately. This was a big selling point for me - i'm not going to go crazy but this allow customers to be able to explore a little more. Pricing is pretty much the same - customer service is WINNING here.
