This place was a complete joke. Call back at 4:45 just to check status, "oh we haven't even looked at it yet"...umm okay hoss....day later 3:30, phone call "yeah we can't fix it, bc we are not licensed by DJI..." If you like wasting your time, give them a shot, but I wouldn't trust these guys to fix an iPhone screen, much less a drone.
