I wanted to take a moment to write about my experience with Concierge Home Remodeling and my kitchen renovation and other additions. Initially, I quoted a few companies for my kitchen; however, given its size and of course inflation, it was going to be an expensive project. I found Concierge and decided to call them. The front desk was super friendly and knowledgeable, and it was easy to schedule a consultation for the following week. Project manager Matt came to my house was very professional and understood what I wanted to do with my kitchen. After everything was said, I decided to go with them because of the great pricing they offered me. From the beginning to the end of my project, Matt kept me updated on everything and was very transparent about the deadline and the budget. It was such a pleasure working with him. Also, I can't forget about the different teams that came in to demo and install everything. They were very professional and respectful of my home. Thank you guys! I had a lot of debris, mulch and rocks that needed to be removed, but Ohad and his team were able to clean up and install pavers and turf in my yard in 4 days. No worlds can express how grateful we are to the staff of Concierge. Our very old roof had a large leak and when we reached out to them they responded quickly and were able to cover it with tarp the next day. The problem was large and we knew we had to replace the entire roof. Tom and Daniel were so easy to work with, answering all our questions, and clearly laying out what our options were. So it was an easy choice to choose Concierge. The damage was far worse than expected, including an entire window that needed to be replaced along with mold remediation in the front room. All the work was of high quality and they were communicative every step of the way. The price was also reasonable, and the charges were very clearly laid out. Most important was how patient they were with us. Although we had to leave for several weeks more than once they worked around our schedule and arranged Zoom meetings. We are updating our review on Concierge Home Remodeling because we received a certified letter on 12/26/2025 threatening legal action after being harassed and intimidated for our online review.  Fortunately, there are laws protecting consumers from this kind of behavior. We did realize one statement in our review was false.  We stated that they refused to clean up the cement that was splattered on our house, steps, air conditioner, and new retaining wall.  They DID NOT refuse.  However, their attempts, which were made after weeks of requesting (first request via text message on 09/11/20205, with a reminder on 09/18/2025, and a first cleaning attempt on 09/30/2025, second cleaning attempt on 10/06/2025), were unsuccessful. The company's reply to our review includes false and defamatory statements and we are done arguing this matter publicly.  We stand by our one-star review and have filed claims with the appropriate authorities. The following are facts from our experience with Concierge Home Remodeling: - The initial contract was signed on 04/28/2025 for a stamp stone design with artificial turf between them for over 1000 square feet of our back yard.  For some reason, they changed from the stamp stone design to pavers and the very first change order, presented after the 3-day cancellation period had passed, increased our cost by 74%. - At the end of the project, I stated that the I didn't feel the drainage system was complete because it didn't drain properly and flooded the planter area and left standing water where it ended after our first heavy rain of the season.  We were told that it could not be completed properly without additional cost to us, which we declined at this point because we had zero confidence and trust and just wanted to go our separate ways. - We have paid our bill in full over 10 payments and DO NOT owe a balance, as Tom defamatorily states. - The cost of the structural updates for the spa was WELL into the tens of thousands of dollars as reflected by the change order, which we agreed to and paid for and DID NOT consider these charges to be unnecessary. - We, not Concierge Home Remodeling, initiated removing items from the scope of the contract to help control the overall cost of the project which is reflected in a change order. - We don't know why there was trash in the trees and on the roof either (along with food trash in the yard), but there was.  We notified the project manager via text message.  The project manager stated it would be cleaned up ASAP but was not cleaned up for days. Based on our experience, we would never recommend this company to anyone and would encourage people to look elsewhere for your needs.  Again, this is based on OUR horrible experience with them, which ruined most of our 2025. read more

DANGER, DANGER! Don't hire these guys. This ended up being an unpleasant experience. Though the workers are hard workers, none of the were craftsmen. They had several formen on the job, so what was shared with one forman would not get to the others. The initial forman kept trying to sell us cabinets and a counter top that did not match the rest of the kitchen. The formen would yell at their workers. When it was time to attach the knobs onto the cabinets, I told them I wanted them to use a jig for drilling the holes, which they promised. After a long search on Contractors we found Concierge Home at the OC home show. From day 1 we knew we had found the right contractor for our job. Machi from Concierge was friendly, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Those are just a few words to describe him and the company. But the best part- is the work they do is outstanding. My new bathroom looks and feels amazing, and we could not be happier. They are artists when it comes to tile work. Saul who did most of the bathroom work is literally the best in the business and we were lucky to get him on the project. Machi, our contractor hit every date he told me they were going to hit and kept me informed anytime a situation came up. (You never know what's behind that wall....). We were able to text or call him 24/7 and always got quick responses to my questions. One last thing- which is not normally talked about with this kind of work- is they are pet friendly. They never asked me to take my small dog outside while they were at our home- and they became part of the family. That was not true with many others we met with. The short version: best general contractor I've ever worked with. A dream. Amazing quality and customer service, great communication, finished on time despite unexpected challenges, pricing extremely fair and competitive. Keeps all of their promises. Highest recommendation possible. The Details: Had a bedroom that had been converted to a den long ago, with one wall completely removed to create a "great room" of kitchen, dining room, and den. Recently decided to turn house into rental property. While restoring bedroom would increase property value, wanted to provide flexibility to the space. To enable that, I envisioned installing sliding doors that would give resident choice to close space and use bedroom or open up to use as a den/great room. Called Karen at Concierge. Had them bid on a previous project, and while I didn't choose them that first time, was impressed with the communication and attention to detail. Explained project to her, and she came out so we could walk through what needed to be done. During the process, she and I identified everything that would be needed, some of which we didn't anticipate until going through it all in detail. Based on that interaction, I awarded project to Concierge and Karen. Work included carpentry, dry wall, painting (including mud & tape), electrical work, moving a gas line. In addition to work on den/bedroom, did paint and trim throughout rest of great room (including ceiling) to ensure everything looked fresh and unified. Quality of work was impeccable by Concierge's crew. Amazing attention to detail. Karen kept constant communication throughout project. Finished project looked exactly as I had hoped. Looking at it now, you'd never know it looked any different previously. Pricing was extremely fair. Also noteworthy is how easily they worked around other contractors I hired to redo flooring throughout house. Concierge was flexible and didn't allow challenges that flooring contractor experienced affect Concierge's work or timeline. When part of the demolition revealed unexpected issues, Karen reviewed the issue with me in enough detail to make me understand and be comfortable. Change order that ensued was extremely fair. In the end, they finished everything on time and on budget despite all the unexpected challenges, and everything looks spectacular. I give them my highest possible recommendation. read more

Looking for a Construction Company whose Owner will also be your Personal Project Manager, who will hand pick the Crews that will be working on your special project, will best suit your personality and your work ethic? That Company is: CONCIERGE HOME REMODELING The dependable and trustworthy owner's name is Tom Cohen. We just finished having Tom do his usual Excellent work on my Son's bedroom. In a Condo Loft built in 1986 with a sub-floor that was caving into our downstairs living room. Neither our HOA or our Condo Insurance would cover the cost (or help cover the cost) of fixing what they considered "normal wear and tear". But we did get a letter from our Condo Insurance Co. telling us if we didn't repair the floor and send them the receipts, when our next Insurance Premiums were due, they would no longer continue to give us Condo Insurance. My Son and I had just 6 months earlier ended going through a nightmare with the same Condo Insurance Company and the Constructiom Co. they chose to take charge of fixing the damage to our condo due to our Neighbor's attached Condo flooding and overflowing into our Condo, causing $40,000.00 worth of damage & stretching out to 9 months to complete the job! For this job of fixing my Son's bedroom floor, I called Tom Cohen at CONCIERGE HOME REMODELING & we signed a contract to begin work on Oct 25, 2021. I had still been unpacking boxes in Sept & October from my Neighbor's flood (since my furniture had been returned to me on April 19, 2021) & unfortunately I developed Congestive Heart Failure on Oct 2nd, before the job with Tom Cohen's Company was to begin. I was taken to the hospital and found that my heart was working at only 20%! But I was determined to get this job done in order to keep the Condo insured and I knew that if anybody could do the job, TOM COHEN could do it! Tom was at our Condo from day one- Managing his crews. He would answer a text or phone call form my Son or me within minutes! He was at our Condo whenever a new Crew came in. Every step of the job and all of the work to be done was written out on paper; with the dollar amounts and at what point of the job those amounts were due to be paid, every detail was in writing! Tom finished the job ahead of schedule. His Crews were wonderful, polite and professional. There were several different Crews that my Son and I got to know on a first name basis.
