Concord Dental is right next to my home. It's so easy to get into their parking lot usually except before the high school near by lets in or lets out. If you come in at 3:00 p.m. or after beware of all the high school kids walking. Down to business. Concord dental wins my heart for patient care and integrity. They will go above and beyond for their clients. I have had to reschedule, reschedule before and they've been accommodating. They see my whole family. My daughter who is has high functioning ASD and wears braces is always able to walk independently into her appointment and take care of business. They make her feel comfortable. They also make me feel comfortable. I have had some major dental work done is the past and it wasn't pleasant. I've never had this experience at Concord Dental. The only thing I would recommend is not to charge $200 for their teeth whitening kit which I purchase from a different dental office for $80 and is exactly the same product. read more

I have been coming here for a couple of years now and they simply have become horrible. Their weekend Doc is rude. I meet him twice and both times were bad. The last time I was there, I was scheduled for a cleaning for which I waited months for, the Doc lectured me about how it was supposed to be a deep cleaning and a regular cleaning would be a waste of time. He kept saying, "Remember me telling you that last time". That was like 3 months ago and I didn't schedule this, their front office did but I had to be the one to get yelled at for their mistake. Today was my first time coming to this dental office, and they were so welcoming and really took their time to help me figure out what was going on with the pain in my mouth. They walked me through the steps on how we are going to make my dental issues resolved and gave me options on how to pay for the costs which is always so important to me. The front office person was really helpful with explaining a lot of what my coverage entails and that shows transparency and also they are willing to be flexible with you. The person who took my x-rays was really quick and efficient. Currently going through Invisalign through Concord Dental and my experience has been fantastic from the very first visit until now (a little over halfway through my trays). I was referred to them by a friend because their pricing was WAY better than two other consultations I did in the area. Strongly suggest you check these guys out before making a decision. My dentist is waaaaayyyyy better than yours! My dentist didn't come to play . She doesn't hurt, is very gentle, and will talk you through the process. If you have a child that's frightened to death,then this is a perfect dentistry for him or her. I'm an adult, and I'm the biggest baby she has in her entire office. I kid you not. All I have to say is wow!! The WHOLE staff is friendly and kind and knowledgable. They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I am super self conscious and do not like visiting the dentist but they made me feel so safe without judgement. Both dentists are so kind any easy going. Cheyanne did my X-Rays and it was so quick and easy she is amazing. Best environment ever. They are even kid friendly. Going to the dentist has always made me extremely anxious since I was young. I've canceled a lot of my appointments in the past. I only saw a dentist when I was in a lot of pain. After trying this office out and having only a few appointments my anxiety disappeared after 50 Years and a handful of dentists. They are kind and caring people. I have received my Invisalign products about 2 months ago. The office called me a while back to apologize for not getting back to me and for not responding to my email. The office was closed and there was no way they could get back to me. That settles that. I've gone back today to pick up my Invisalign for the second time and I've never been more pleased. I know sometimes I can be a bit impatient but their staff members are simply the best! They are professional and efficient. I can never ask for a better service. They are also very careful inside. I used a pen to write and the lady in front sanitized the pen after I've used it. That tells you how careful they are and how they care about their clients' health. We just brought our very elderly mother in for a panoramic set of X-rays and a dental exam . Our mother had a hard time following some simple instructions and sitting still, but absolutely everyone in the office was so helpful and extremely patient ! We were able to get done what was needed , and we think that any other dentist in this situation would have " given up " and not tried so hard .... Because our mom had a hard time opening her mouth and keeping it open for the exam . They really went above and beyond ! The dentist explained and advised us on her thoughts as far as a future treatment plan , and was so kind and patient to explain everything . We would recommend this dental office to anybody . I have been waiting for a refund for over two months for a crown that was sent back twice. The front end staff has NEVER returned my calls nor have refunded my $1000.00 and it is there fault the crown never fit properly. Plus, they see 3-4 patients at a time so prepare for a LONG wait and if you plan to see the same dentist every time, go some where else. So, I was forced to get the crown after all and its been a month and i am in pain where i didn't before after they put in the crown. Do not go here for crowns! read more

I just finished my invislign treatment here and I am 100% satisfied! I spent the better part of my youth with crooked teeth and it really hindered my ability to interact socially. I would cover my mouth when I laughed, I wouldnt show teeth when I smiled in pictures, I would make sure to stand to the left of people since my teeth looked less crooked from that side, I would hate meeting new people, etc. My overall confidence and self esteem was probably 30% of what a normal functioning adult should have. I couldnt get braces as a kid due to money problems and in the Marines I was never in one place long enough to start treatment with an orthodontist. Since I started school I figured it would be a good time to get it over with and began searching for affordable treatment plans. I did a couple initial screenings with different dentist in the area and the plans varied a lot, some people wanted 5,000 for three years, some 4,000 for 2 years, it was crazy how expensive this stuff is! I did some research into some of the better rated orthodontist in the area and one of the top rated guys in the country was said to manage the treatment plan here. On top of that they were having some kind of promotion of 3,500 for a two year treatment plan, though this was two years ago so I'm not sure what the prices look like these days. Side note, the guy who is top rated doesnt actually work here and you'll be seeing someone else. I think I heard them mention that he supervises your treatment while another dentist does the grunt work, either way my actual Doc was knowledgable and friendly enough. Also I ended up paying cash for my treatment plan and that got me a 10% discount, so ask if you've got the dough! Over the course of your plan they give you 2 - 4 sets of aligners at a time, depending on how responsible you are with wearing them, so you only need to go in maybe once a month or two in order to get the next set. Wearing them is pretty simple, pop them out when you eat, chew some gum, pop them back in, and thats basically your life for the next two years. I would still drink coffee and eat super soft food with them in, you're not supposed to though! I never lost a pair, but they ended up adding an extra 3 months to my treatment plan in order to do some jaw alignments, they didn't charge me extra for that so I wasn't complaining :). I ended up going through 36 aligners by the end of it, only the first 2 or 3 weeks were painful, like someone literally pulling your teeth every second of every day painful, but after that it was minimal pain if any. I actually grew to like the pain because it meant that the aligners were actively straightening my teeth :). There are some cons to this place though, scheduling can be annoying if you dont have a flexible schedule or dont call a couple weeks in advance, wife had a bad experience with the normal dentist procedures, sometimes it can feel like you're going through the plan on your own if you dont see the Doc frequently. But still I am glad I went through the treatment and I would recommend this place to anyone interested in straightening their teeth!! read more

My treatment could've been done after a year, but I was so anal about the results I wanted that the readjustment took longer. Customer service here is exceptional. The dentist worked with me until I achieved the results I was looking for. Fast forward 4 years later and this is now my official dental office.
