Very dark and dreary. Not very welcoming. No one to show us around. Pool looked nice, but would not go there to workout.

His kickboxing class was phenomenal, the combo of cardio and core was amazing and I have never felt so motivated and challenged before. I went two more days in a row and continued to be wowed by the helpfulness and friendliness of staff and patrons. I wish I lived closer to a location so I could go everyday. Definitely recommend!

But Title provides me with the extra motivation, encouragement, support and PUSH that I now crave! Title was welcoming right from the beginning. I was pretty nervous, but it helped that there were all shapes, sizes, ages, men, women and a few kids! By the time I left my first class I was so proud of what I'd accomplished! A little back story...I've always been able to build muscle in my upper body, but destroyed my knee when I was a kid...so lower body and cardio have been a challenge. I'm also a foodie, so the combo of loving food and no cardio...well, I tend to yo-yo a bit! Enter Title Boxing, May of 2015...I was 44 years old, in decent shape but I needed a kick in the pants! I got one! And happily, I was able to do just about all of the exercises even with my physical "limitations"! I still have to modify some stuff...that's just the way it is, you can't let it stop you! And after a year and a half at Title, I haven't stopped! I'm a complete addict! My cardio is...honestly the best it's ever been. I can't even explain to you how pleased I am with my lung capacity! I wish I had done something like this years ago, but I'm very happy I do it now!

She knows her stuff. Don't let the old owner tell you differently. (ROB) he hates to see the gym become a place for everyone. Rob never liked women at his gym in less it was for training.. And if he did train you he wouldn't push you to get any better, to him it was a easy pay check without putting to much in to it. Since he sold the gym he has done nothing but bad mouth the place, but you have to go there yourself and see. The place is clean as hell and great atmosphere and awesome training.. In my opinion why waist your time trashing something that you sold when the ace is way better than it was.. To top it off Ayla trains you without asking for anything in return other than enjoy your new lifestyle..I know if I sold my place and it became even more awesome I would love knowing it all started from me..its called legacy Rob!! Just my thoughts..executive wellness Aylas total gains is a great place to rebuild your mind and body...

In a lot of ways, it's your standard PF; a lot of cardio and machines mixed with some free weights. My biggest complaint would be the men's locker room. It wasn't nearly as nice or large as the other others I've visited. But it still got the job done. I'm not quite sure where all of the hate is coming from but I give it a solid three stars.

Then you're judged, delayed, ignored, and possibly hexed by an ancient gym wizard who lives in the front desk printer. I signed up online in five minutes flat. Easy. Beautiful. A purple and yellow dream. But cancel? Oh no. That requires a handwritten scroll, delivered via certified owl, notarized by three witnesses and signed in the tears of past members who also tried to escape. I'm military...I moved across the country! You'd think that would be enough, right? Nope. Apparently, unless I teleport back to the Concord, CA location and hand-deliver my resignation like I'm breaking up with a clingy ex, I'm out of luck. Seriously, you can sign up online but can't cancel online? That's not fitness. That's financial hostage-taking with a lunk alarm. And don't even get me started on the checking account requirement. I have subscriptions to streaming services, AI bots, and even a mushroom coffee startup, and none of them needed my bank routing number. But Planet Fitness? They're like, "Give us direct access to your soul and primary checking account or no treadmill for you!" Look, I don't need a judgment-free zone. I need a grift-free zone. Canceling should not require a legal defense team and a trail of breadcrumbs through bureaucracy. To future members: consider this a warning. To current staff: it's not personal, but this business model belongs in the same trash bin as thigh masters and shake weights.
