But Title provides me with the extra motivation, encouragement, support and PUSH that I now crave! Title was welcoming right from the beginning. I was pretty nervous, but it helped that there were all shapes, sizes, ages, men, women and a few kids! By the time I left my first class I was so proud of what I'd accomplished! A little back story...I've always been able to build muscle in my upper body, but destroyed my knee when I was a kid...so lower body and cardio have been a challenge. I'm also a foodie, so the combo of loving food and no cardio...well, I tend to yo-yo a bit! Enter Title Boxing, May of 2015...I was 44 years old, in decent shape but I needed a kick in the pants! I got one! And happily, I was able to do just about all of the exercises even with my physical "limitations"! I still have to modify some stuff...that's just the way it is, you can't let it stop you! And after a year and a half at Title, I haven't stopped! I'm a complete addict! My cardio is...honestly the best it's ever been. I can't even explain to you how pleased I am with my lung capacity! I wish I had done something like this years ago, but I'm very happy I do it now!

In a lot of ways, it's your standard PF; a lot of cardio and machines mixed with some free weights. My biggest complaint would be the men's locker room. There aren't showers, which is fine for me because I never use them. They have a good assortment of equipment and so far, during the week it's never very crowded. Nice low monthly fees, too.
