It was nice and cool on a hot day yesterday when I was on the treadmill and the same this morning when I went to lift. Very clean, new equipment, varied equipment, the weights were all arranged appropriately (VERY important to my brain), friendly and easy check in process, nice spin studio, seemingly a good class offering, and so not crowded at all. Having belonged to or visited gyms all over the country, this is by far one of the best. I sure hope to be back soon while my hotel is still under construction:)

In a lot of ways, it's your standard PF; a lot of cardio and machines mixed with some free weights. My biggest complaint would be the men's locker room. It wasn't nearly as nice or large as the other others I've visited. But it still got the job done. I'm not quite sure where all of the hate is coming from but I give it a solid three stars.
