Amazing service! I felt listened to, respected, and truly valued. I was not a number, I was a person they took in like family! They had many different size tractors to choose from, but helped me get into what I needed not what I thought I needed. Glad I went with advice from the amazing Concord Tractor team, I bought in 2021 and both service, parts, and sales have still been wonderful to interact with! Buying from them made me extended family, not just a customer! I have gone to many different tractor dealers in the area prior to purchase and was treated like a bank teller not anyone of more value. That's what sold my confidence in aligning with the Concord Tractor family. George Ryan has an impeccable reputation and his daughter Katelyn whom is the owner is a great example of the apple landing next to the tree. She has magnified his teachings of high valued customer service and made it their mission statement. First of all, I see a one-star review here from a year and a half ago. It was lengthy and in my opinion was general in nature without specifics. Also, it sounded like a rant. Some of the charges and statements seemed made up and HIGHLY unlikely...except in certain rare occurrences like when a rare type of 'customer' is a horrible person. Believe me, they are out there. I am a small business owner in NH as well and once every couple years a real loser comes along that, in hindsight, had targeted our business to attempt to ripe us off. ( I will omit details for obvious reasons ). In a separate case, I was issued a threat that a negative review will be left for our business if they '...don't get their way...'. Basically, an attempt to blackmail. I would like to submit my opinion, humbly, by saying don't let un-named cowards, or even well-intentioned authentic reviews replace your own obligation to use your own due diligence when spending your hard earned money. There truly are plenty of potential pitfalls on both sides of the business transaction. Don't act like a victim if you also don't accept the responsibility to investigate. We all get buyers fever - this applies to both small and large purchases. Again, slow down and do your own research, respectfully ask direct questions, get a few competitive opinions to educate yourself in the buying decision, don't be lazy. Concord Tractor is an excellent place to do business. Katelyn, Townsend, and the service team were very attentive and professional. In these times when tractor selection and availability are limited, they did not take advantage of the situation. Purchasing a DK6010 HSE cab tractor they gave me a very good deal and provided all the options I wanted. They have a well stocked parts department and qualified personnel to install the equipment. I have been in business for over thirty years and have purchased many pieces of new and much larger equipment. These people get it and are very good to do business with. I am SO terribly disappointed with my experience with this company. Wow, I have never been treated so poorly by the owner of an establishment in my life. Unprofessional, lack of caring, and straight out rude. I've been given different messages for 2 weeks regarding the tractor unit I was trying to purchase and have been incredibly flexible. After a promise of delivery the day we selected the unit for the following week, then finding out the following week that there was a mistake but that my unit would be ready this week, and two calls not being returned today, I get an email saying parts are now not available and there was not information as to when they would be. This WAS NOT the message I had been receiving and it was not even mentioned as a possibility. When I expressed, with professionalism, my frustration at feeling like I wasn't being treated with transparency I was cut off, talked over, and patronized. I couldn't even finish a sentence. I asked the call to be escalated and was told it was the owner - she was a piece of work. Let me be clear - I have a voice, I will use it. They checked my credit which impacts ME - I engaged in commerce with them - in good faith - and now feel like I was being lied to the entire time. I am contacting the BBB and will actively seek out every single forum I can to steer others from this organization. I just wanted to be heard - the owner could have listened and explained what was happening to me. After two weeks of waiting and getting mixed messages, wouldn't you be frustrated as a customer?? If we would have just been told, out of the gate, we would have bent over backwards to support a local business. I am a seasoned business professional and certainly understand that things happen. Moreover, my husband and I understand that these are tough times for all. And when I said I could afford to go elsewhere, her comment "Thank God." Clearly, she doesn't appreciate any customer who asks questions about her business methods (i.e. rope the customer in by not being honest and then string them along?? That's sure what this now feels like) The employees at this establishment were generally kind and caring - clearly that sense of service is theirs as it was NOT demonstrated by the business owner. I am just shocked by this experience. Guess this is what you get for trying to support local. NEVER AGAIN. Remember, word of mouth is powerful - my husband and I are absolutely loyal customers who will treat everybody with dignity and respect when we get it. You would have had a customer for life. Empathy, support, transparency are incredibly simple concepts, Ms. whoever you are. Speaking to me as if I was beneath your level of intellect was petty and incredibly immature.
