They say they will "remove" negative things on your reports before you pay, but here we are a year later, and the majority of things I paid to be "worked on" haven't been touched. I paid $1,620 for not much! They say my contract period is up, so they're done! Don't trust them, read the contract, and when they say "work on," it means they promise no results whatsoever! SCAM DO NOT PAY MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE! They are completely unprofessional and don't tell you that they only work for a year when they sign you up. They tell you that you pay per delete and you expect them to do that but when the year expires and they haven't done their job THEY JUST STOP WORKING when you call and ask whats going on they say "IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT YOU PAID FOR" STEPHANIE LUNA ignores emails and the older lady there I think she is the owner CLAUDIA JAWHER or TERRI GARCIA is extremely rude and does not care about CUSTOMERS.
