Which I explicitly told Steve I tried already. At which point he state he'll take them to court. The only thing they sent out was a letter to lender asking them to double check the payment. These guys need to stop this scam and focus on a business that will bring positivity to this world. Wasted 499.99 and 99 a month for 6 months. I can't believe that I became a victim of identity theft. I didn't think that this could happen to me. I was hopeless with no direction about this until I found out about Credit Law Solutions. Everything was on hold until I could find someone to help me erase these stains on my credit that I didn't even do! Unfortunately I have to write this review for the clients I have referred to Credit Law. Had account for 12 months. Paid $1500 total with very little difference in score, about 15 points. My main complaint however is their customer service. No contact at all (not email, phone, text, even mail) for over a year from their company except their monthly fee on your bank statement each month to remind you of their existence. I called several times and was always told my agent Ria C. was on another call but I never heard back in over a year. Since June 1, 2013, I have been a client of CREDIT LAW SOLUTIONS in Canoga Park CA. My Credit report was a mess, so I looked for help. Derek Boyd was giving me the good talk. Emails with promises how they could and would fix my credit in less than six months. As long as I did not ask too many questions they seemed oh so accommodating. It would be just a matter of time till my credit was cleared and yes, just to be patient. Three to six month the most it would take. Six months have passed, $1500 later and my credit report is considerably worse than when we started. Backwards, not forwards. OMG, what have I done? Although Derek is a very nice guy, I will not recommend this company to anyone, due to the fact that nothing has changed to my credit report or score. And Its been 2 months now, complete waste of. money. He signed me up for $399, then billed me 89.95 for the second month. Thank god I didn't sign my friend up as well as we were trying to get a home together so we thought they can help boost our credit score n remove some old negative trade lines that has been on my credit report for over 5 years. He told me looking at my credit report that he's worked on other cases that has the same creditors with a successful rate after 30-35 days. And mind you I only have 3 bad accounts that was derogatory since 2009. They tell you, look out for the plain white envelope that you get in the mail n don't mistaken it for junk mail, It's from the credit major bureaus results ...I have not seen one in the last 2 months!
