Be careful. Always ask for written agreements especially with payment. Make sure no additional payment or hidden fees after the agreement. I was very stress bec of the debt, I just agreed and hoped but it failed. The law office failed my hope and debt. I paid twice bec they said I need to pay more but it was taking long until I fed up waiting. Google helped me more, researched and I did it myself. Now I'm debt free. read more

Ray Bulaon, I presented my heavy burden of credit card debts to the max that were incurred over the years that resulted from my spouse' job loss, disability due to maternity leave, 15% paycut at work, hospitalization and death in the family, and to top it all --- a 2-year IRS audit $$$. Wow, its amazing that one person who works in the office could ruin your day.I was filling up my paperwork to apply for bankruptcy. There were some questions that I don't know the answer. I called and I was greeted by the rudest person in the office. She told me to write down all my questions before calling. Wow, this is not my first time filing for bankruptcy. I filed bankruptcy 14 yrs ago through We the People. The sad part I'd paid 1/5 of the price and got better treatment. They need to create a hotline to monitor which employee who are rude and nice. The only time I spoke to a real lawyer was on the first meeting, after the initial meeting and pay them the retainers fee, some incompetent paralegals handled my case which was a disaster, I've learned after after several months that my case hasn't been filed and my creditors were keep calling. I was very much disappointed and decided to changed attorney, I tried to get the $2,500.00 since they didn't do anything on my case, they refuse to give it back to me.
