The upper deck was just adjusted in length of support to work off a horribly slanted lower slab. We noticed it was getting worse and starting to pull the deck away from the house, and asked Eric if he would be able to help us out. Not only do we have an incredible new back deck slab, but our upper deck is leveled again. They did an amazing job working around our garden beds, which were very close to the retaining wall, they put in support the front of the concrete slab. Having a nice transition from house to yard really changes how we feel about the entire house our entire yard, and has given us a great place to relax. I did not realize how much the unlevel deck had been bothering me, until I got to sit on a nice level one. Eric is a great communicator, and really genuinely cares about the quality of his work. We have used him for everything from a new concrete deck, to modifying custom bookshelves to fit into our new house. Highly recommend!

We would NOT recommend this contractor for cabinetry work. What was supposed to be a…read morestraightforward kitchen cabinetry project turned into a frustrating experience that lasted nearly a year due to repeated delays, poor communication, and poor workmanship. The quality of workmanship was extremely disappointing. We paid extra to have the drawers built from higher-quality wood, and when the drawer boxes were delivered to us, they were split because he did not pre-drill holes before attaching them to the drawer fronts. He refused to fix those, stating that no one can see the split wood and that it doesn't affect the functionality. The cabinet pulls were installed unevenly; the painting of the cabinets was inconsistent, with some places looking as though it had 1 coat of paint, drip marks, sanding dust painted over; shelves not painted, in contrast, some were; inside doors not being sanded, leaving fresh wood cuts. One drawer face also appears to have been patched to cover some mistake instead of being remade properly. The toe kick wasn't attached to the cabinet and was not completely painted. In addition, the contractor scratched and damaged our brand-new hardwood floors by dragging the cabinets across the unprotected surface during installation. He initially said he would take care of it, but in the end, said he wouldn't, leaving us to come up with a solution and/or to fix it ourselves. The garbage bin wouldn't open all the way, so we brought it to his attention, and he told us that the Rev-A-Shelf rep said there wasn't anything that could be done, but we realized he had installed it incorrectly. Despite these issues being brought to his attention, he refused to take responsibility or make repairs. Overall, the lack of professionalism, extremely poor craftsmanship, unwillingness to fix mistakes, and extremely long delays made this a very negative experience.

Friendly listens to what you have to say with respect and intent and works very efficiently and caringly. True Professionalism. Nothing was damaged. Everything went smoothly. We had 6 trucks and trailers to load and unload. His knowledge and skill allowed us to complete our tasks a full day ahead of time. Not to mention there was Zero Drama. smooth operation. I recommend them 100 Percent. Would I use them again? You bet they are my first and only call when I need this type of help. Talk about old-school values and the highest quality of service. Oh, then there was the beer can that mysteriously appeared in my garbage can after the crew left. When they were leaving I noted that some of the final tasks for the project were undone. I was told that "the other company is supposed to do that." I asked which other company. They either didn't know or were unwilling to say. The other company ( far, far more responsible and professional) said the concrete people should always do that job. They left quite a lot of rebar in my driveway. I have no use for that. It is much to heavy for me to move. I wonder if I was charged for that. As I said, I can't speak to the quality of their product, but their work habits and lack of consideration are like none I have ever seen.
