We wanted to love this place, but that didn't happen. Interior is bright and artistic, but seating is fast food-like. Nothing to make you want to linger over drinks. Uncomfortable cafeteria-style seating. You get the picture. On the plus side, the tacos we ordered were delicious. So were the margaritas. But the rice was not. Bland and dry. A switch to Mexican rice would be advised. Our biggest complaint is related to the choice of plastic silverware and plastic plates stuffed with paper. Plus foil around the tacos. All a turnoff in a sit down restaurant and the reason we don't go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Real plates and real utensils would not only be more fitting for a sit down restaurant, but also much better for the environment. Our biggest turnoff. Probably will not be back. read more

Had a great experience here after making several attempts since they opened. We tried several margarita flavors and they were all good...even banana flavor was pretty amazing! We started with pico guac, pineapple salsa and queso with Korean beef bbq, and enjoyed all 3 ESPECIALLY the queso. I got the braised and confused taco and the blue dream taco, both fantastic. The staff was very friendly and the variety of tacos either from the menu or making of your own combination is well covered. All the proteins, toppings, and cheeses provide one to have great choices. The reason for a three star rating is the Margarita's, now it could of been an off night but it was mostly the taste of the mix and no taste of tequila what so ever. They are very pricey too. The salsa is to liquidly which makes it hard to put on the chips which in themselves are good. The decor is fun to look at and gives you the feeling of being part of a comic book, at least for me it did. read more

This place got everything - good vibes, amazing artwork, even better tacos, and a great staff to tie it all in together. The menu is a stoners dream, full of amazing options but I enjoy the build your own tacos, and with the new menus additions of Mac and cheese and potatoes there's even more to love! If you're indecisive, the servers and bartenders are happy to help find you something you love. Last few times I've been, the night bartender Jay helped me find new drinks to try in addition to their already great tequila and Marg menu- her suggestion of the banana margarita with cinnamon rim changed my life!! My Wife and I Decided to give them a try. "OMG" The First Bite of My Beef Taco Almost made Me Throw Up. The Taste was so Bad and I was Not Prepared for it to be that Spicy. If want to throw away $11 for a rice and black bean bowl w chicken that consists of literally 95% white rice visit this restaurant. I think i had a total of maybe 30 black beans?!? And not even 1/4 cup of chicken. The rest of the toppings were equally as sparse. My husband had the same exact issue with his nachos. I will never give business to this place again. Oh! Also they can't even give you real silverware here. You get plastic ware. Might as well dine in at chipotle- you'll get much more for your money and I promise it will taste 10x better. read more

This place is a trendy spot with amazing food. We tried the guacamole, and two kinds of their queso and all were top notch. Everyone in our party got different tacos they have already built and were very pleased. My son built his own so he could make it super spicy lol and loved them. The house margaritas were not so good and tasted like pure mix no alcohol but they did take it off our bill. The wait is insane and instead of reservations you have to go on their website and be put on the waiting list. Plan on waiting at least an hour and half. With every new restaurant, they say be patient, but when I see other servers going above and beyond to help their customers. It is hard to give them a higher rating. A person in our party literally went up to the bar to get 2 glasses of water for the people in our party after we told the server 3 times and 45 minutes later after sitting down. Let's keep in mind that I've been to Monroe St. 5 times, brought friends, family, etc, hoping each time would be better than the last. I have been disappointed each time. (Been to Perrysburg once, same experience, except server was acting like he had something better to do). - Vibe: very hipster, cute stylish inside. Nothing to complain here. - Staff: interested bunch of people, I have YET to have a kind front of the house experience, but usually my server is fine, nothing to brag about - Food: where do I even start? Overpriced as hell, more calories in one taco than you should be eating in a single meal, and each time I've ordered tacos from Monroe, it comes out cold? Every. Single. Time. One time, I only ordered one taco, and they brought it out scrunched in tin foil, no basket, and when I opened it, it fell onto the table because the tortilla was sopping wet? So gross. Margs and dips are alright, nothing to come back for, or put all the other things aside for. I brought my family from out of state, and not one person liked the food, atmosphere, or were impressed. My sister asked if we could go to taco bell after.... I really wish this place would do better, because it could be a really poppin place. I always try to go to places multiple times, and in different locations to make sure it wasn't a fluke, but Condados Tacos is a fluke, unfortunately. Also, those straws are literally horrific. We had heard great things so decided to stop in and give this a shot. We ordered Queso for a starter. The chips were okay but very oily, inconsistent, and tasted stale. The White Queso was pretty good and the best thing we had. For dinner I ordered a build a bowl with steak. The steak tasted old and for the price it barely filled the paper bowl they gave me with the plastic spork to eat it with. My dining partner made his own build a taco choices. I'm not sure why they wrapped them in foil, but the soft tacos were never even warmed, they were completely cold. He also had the same comment on the steak tasting old. Great food but the noise level is so high that it literally becomes painful. Don't plan on causal conversations with your friends - no one will know what has been said. Really too bad.
