My whole family has gone to Dr Brian and Kris for years and they have ALWAYS bent over backwards for us. I had a tooth break on me 2 days before our vacation and Dr Brian got me in and got it fixed AND their office called me the next day to follow up and see how I was doing. She also was "childlike" with her dialogue towards me. Subsequently, I had been notified by my blue cross blue shield health insurance that there was a claim submitted for DDS services from this office that had been rejected. After consulting with Sheri three times, I had to repeatedly request that my MetLife dental insurance be properly be billed. Sheri informed me that she was not aware of the steps that were needed to complete the billing!!! This is gross negligence from a billing standpoint as the claim must be submitted within a certain time frame, otherwise, it can be rejected by the insurance, leaving me with the bill. I will be consulting with the state of Michigan for guidance on filing a complaint as no patient should experience this form of incompetency.
