I would strongly caution anyone considering Condominium Travel Club. It felt like a timeshare-style pitch under a different name, with the same pressure tactics and limited real-world value. First, the "70-minute" Zoom presentation is misleading. Ours ran closer to 90 minutes, and then they pushed us into a one-on-one sales session afterward that would have gone even longer. When we declined and ended early, the salesperson was clearly frustrated. It felt very high-pressure and not respectful of our time. Second, the incentives were not delivered as promised. We received the initial $50 gift card for signing up, but the second one that was supposed to be provided after the Zoom call never came. Finally--and most importantly--the voucher itself is extremely hard to use. Availability is very limited, even when searching well in advance. Many destinations have few or no options at all. For example, we tried to plan a trip to Pittsburgh and found zero listings. Even when properties do show up, the dates are highly restricted. The few options that are available don't look very nice or updated, and many are not located in desirable areas of the destination. Overall, this experience felt the same as a traditional timeshare-style sales model: long presentations, high-pressure tactics, and benefits that are much harder to use than advertised. Don't resell something at state fair that was sold two years ago that I never got anything for. Had forgotten until I realized I am getting calls everyday to use my package which costs money. Never got my 20 dollars back from first time or second time. They continue to call and change numbers as I block them. I did their seminar time share presentation basically for a free cruise that had its own nightmares and now when trying to book it there's 100 hidden terms and conditions and even when trying to work with them on it they LITTERALLY told me I was sorry out of luck but they'd happily charge me over a grand for the supposed free cruise. I called their customer service and tried to work with them just to be told they wouldn't do anything and for whatever reason and without me even complaining the lady goes on and on about how she's not going to argue with me as if I had started arguing when I only explained the situation. I just attended one of the presentations and I was very impressed. My husband and I joined. We were already planning to go to Alaska on a cruise. We had a quote from the cruise ship. We called the travel agency and wonderful Jane was able to send us a proposal where we saved over 1,800. Plus we got extra amenities added in. And, there is a whole list of ships and ports it's not good on. So it's only good on the older ships, which we love....but wait you can only use between sept and dec and please send us dates and if we can't get you on then you may have to choose a different one.....blah blah blah ....yadda, yadda, yadda. After making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I did coincidentally receive a response from the company. I was refunded my $40 deposit and given links that work for the gifts. They claimed it was due to an issue with the wrong email. It doesn't make sense to me because they did have the same correct email to schedule the video meeting. I will say that the gifts aren't worth it now that I have viewed them. The link to book the cruise is extremely complicated to navigate and seems like an outdated website from the 90s. In order to redeem the gift card you must enter one of your own bank cards first. And I didn't find anything worth booking at a good deal for the resort stay credit. This is a total scam. You have to look really close at the small print. Was told on the initial call that Drury Inn could be booked through them. After purchasing i found out that was a complete fraud. Then I tried to schedule my "free resort". 1. You can only schedule from September to November excluding holidays. 2. It isn't free. You have to pay for fees, and there is a 1,400 dollar resort fee on top of the other fees. So, in essence it isn't free which again is a fraud. Recently tried to schedule a rental car through them and it was denied. So, went to Travelocity and got it cheaper than they were quoting me without issues. Again complete fraud. read more

In 2016, they sold me a week for a condo for a couple of thousand in USD $$. At the time, i was told they would send me a book, that lists where the condos are, since they were out of them at the time. Then after they had my money, they said that there will be website instead of a book. I never got the book, and the website was so awful that one could not even search it. I had to scroll through lots of condos that I was not interested in. I gave up. Every year they want another $199 before I can even look at the inventory online. Attended the 90 minute presentation with promise of $30 reward card, and additional travel gift card, a cruise and a stay in Mexico. They said we'd receive the account creation information in 2 days, and ended up sending it to us a day early. We created our account, but upon attempting to claim our prizes, noted that we had not been provided with the correct login info for the $30, nor any login info for the cruise/other gift card. Have yet to work on the mexico vacation. Very disappointed in the dishonest way this was run, but not surprised. I have emailed for this to get fixed and will change my review upon my actual receipt of the cruise and $30. 1yr later and it's been a total waste of money. Hidden resort fees & excluded dates, etc. Everything you get warned about & yet here I am along with the masses saying the same things... Didn't get to use those "free" cruise & other presentation vacations (all the extra fees & limitations are not provided during presentation). Bought the five thousand membership & can't use it because there's either nothing available or their prices (or as much as they'll disclose) are the same as what you can get anywhere else. One time we almost booked using our five thousand dollar membership but they refused to tell us what the cost details would be, you know the things like "taxes or cleaning fees" that's right, the basics you would get when making a reservation through any legitimate company, but Condominium Travel Club wouldn't provide it... wouldn't give us those details. Don't forget once you become a member and give your $5000 you then have to pay a minimum annual membership due of $199 forever unless of course it goes up but if you failed to pay your $199 your account will be suspended and charged $499. (On another shady note: association- double check "Pulaski Ticket & Tours"). I honestly don't trust any of the positive reviews that have been written on here, most are so over the top or so far off from all the consistent negative reviews that you know they have to be insiders trying to offset the Yelp negative reviews. Eg: the rave reviewer (account has written 1 review written only for this company, similar to other positive reviews you'll find) who wrote that they had traveled 10 times using the 1wk get aways that year and went on to say more extremely unrealistic travel experience with CTC . "hmmmm, for someone to have such great luck in one year to be able to travel more than 10 times using this Condominium Travel Club. I've been with CTC for a year and haven't been able to to find one appropriate travel opportunity and I invested a big chunk of money into this so I obviously had intentions in using it but so far NOTHING and complete loss of this membership after attempting over and over again....". I used a different email and it went through. After putting in my info to claim the $30 gift card that was promised to me, it wanted me to put on my credit card info. For what? Pretty upset with this company. We did one of their Zoom calls to get the 5-day cruise and a cheaper resort stay and they gave us the codes to sign-up, but every time we tried to register the codes they gave us, they didn't work or said they had already been used. I tried to use the code for the cruise and then it said it would send me an email to finish setting up but I never received an email. I even checked my junk mail and no email was received. They use multiple travel portals that show an initial extremely low price (but charge outrageous resort fees that make the prices standard). CTC won't show you the break down in your reservation costs either, so unlike a typical reservation that shows taxes, fees, etc they won't provide so you get financially blind sided without the option of choosing specifics. AND, yes, we did the whole presentation & bought paid in full for the $5/k- It has been a complete 100% loss, the travel vouchers were unusable, *read the fine print, there are so many exclusions & additional fees you're better off just shopping around. Worse of all is the loss of the $5/k you can't use the prices they market are not unique, if your pause & cross check the resorts they are actually using either they're ones off market so CTC can say whatever price they want or you'll find the same price is available to the general public. It's been 100% loss. The BbB can't do anything either, I spent quite a bit of time working with BbB regarding my case. I have tangible evidence of failure from CTC to disclose financial detail regarding reservations & other issues, it was explained that BbB is a nonprofit & even when found in favor they can't force a refund. It was also explained the BbB reviews must be kept unbiased unless the other party fails to reply, so bitterly all CTC has to do is say "anything" in response to a grievance & BbB wouldn't be able to put a negative rating. CTC has a travel membership club agent (I'm giving a fake name) "Denise" who provides the most intimidating service, if you ask too many questions she asks for your information in a threatening way "what's your last name!" I replied "why do you need my last name I'm just asking general questions", Denise says "give me you last name, I want to look you up". The units that are available around the times to travel aren't what are actually wanted & only provided a couple hundred dollars less (I'm being gracious) than what they're on the market for. Those travel agents that are supposed to be helping find vacations, good luck, it took a week to get an email back after my months of researching kept leading me to a dead end I figured I'd use this advantage that was marketed to me with this travel specialist who is available to help research & secure desired locations. The gist of the response from the travel specialist was simply stated "we'll let you know if something becomes available". And don't forget to read the fine print because on those amazing 75% off all inclusive resorts that are flashed in front of you during the marketing of this club, in the fine print you'll see if they make all their money back and more. You're better off buying straight off the Internet market vs using this club. I still can't believe that I became one of the suckers who bought into this. I have used the club for 10 years and I have always been extremely happy with every trip taken. Cruises are Karen's speciality and she doesn't miss a trick, Condo's are Abby's things and "what a professional she is time and time again. CTC also gives back to breast cancer survivors by providing travel services and vacations to women who are recovering from the fight. I highly recommend joining this club and using their services. It looks like my "update" erased my initial post. To sum up: Signed up for the Pulaski Travel/ Condo Travel Club sales pitch at the state fair with the promise of a free cruise (except port fees). The sales pitch was groovy, but the club is/was not for us at this time. So, we didn't buy into the club. We did pursue the free cruise, however. After not hearing back from the travel club for about 2.5 months, they got back to us with potential cruises. Notice, their free cruise offer has a blackout period comprising 9 months, so you can only take advantage of this offer in a 3-month window minus a few reserved days in that time frame. So, they did get back to us by email just before Thanksgiving day (11/26/19). I bumped the rating to two stars, maybe 2.5 stars would be better. A polite email spec'ed out three cruises. The inside cabin with bunk beds for 5-night Caribbean cruise was 250pp. For ocean view, pushing 500pp and obstructed balcony 800pp. Not bad pricing, but feels similar to what I see from other online sources--I know those online sources don't include port fees. So, I think the free cruise offer didn't work out for us after all, but the entire experience with Condominium Travel Club (delayed response aside) was fine. read more
