Words cannot begin to describe how incredible Nicole is at wedding planning and coordinating. From the get-go, she was professional and responsive, giving us guidance where we needed and helped come up with ideas for decor and overall theme. She even made several trips out to the venue with us, to meet with the on-site coordinator (who, compared to Nicole, might as well have been a scarecrow). She was responsive to emails, and even helped guide us on how to deal with difficult vendors. Day-of she was running around, cool and collected, making sure everything went together perfectly... of course we didn't even see/notice her doing this, as is the sign of a master! If anything did go wrong, we were unaware of it (seriously). I may have to give them another chance. Street Steam Bunz was the food truck of the day, and we ordered rice bowls with bulgogi beef and chicken katsu. However I truly got to see their talent when I worked with them personally! Erin totally understood what kind of wedding we wanted, just from a few words. She helped to make our wedding so personal to my husband and I with all the details, like little signs by the bar "He says whiskey, she says Tequila" or the camping tin plates that we used for dinner, because we both love camping so much. Throughout the entire process Erin and her team were on top of every detail before I even needed to think about it. Especially when our entire wedding had to be moved just 6 WEEKS before the wedding!!!! The Montecito mudslides took out our venue, and Erin helped nail down our new venue, move all the vendors, hotel blocks, and spaced planned our smaller room like a BOSS! Oh and did I tell you there were torrential downpours on the day of our wedding?! Bustle helped get two tents last minute, and made sure the weather had no effect on our big day. Cute place but did not meet the expectations for the private birthday I hosted for my daughter…read morethere. We paid for a Studio Project Party where a custom theme, decorations, and craft are to be provided. While the decorations and theme were cute and as expected that craft and "party planner" left much to be desired. The "craft" provided was only a coloring sheet and watercolors which is not much of a craft and definitely not worth the price point. All the kids had more fun playing with the small selection of toys. I had high hopes and wish I could've liked this place as again it is very cute but the lack of creativity and effort put into our party has left such a bad taste in my mouth probably best to stick to the free play!
