As the phone was ringing, a woman came out of the store and walked up to my car window and said she only had 10 minutes for me, but would try to help. Well, an hour later Betty Smith sent me on my way with 4 perfect trophies and the promise of personalized plaques to be waiting for me in their outside 'pick up box' by noon the next day. When I picked up the trophy, I brought it to their attention that it was incorrect and they responded with "oh, I don't remember you mentioning that when you dropped it off." I proceeded to ask for the form I filled out that had it as a single word and conveniently they had "no idea where it was at". I asked for them to fix it and they said I would have to be charged again. Absolutely unacceptable when the mistake was theirs and not mine. They also did not place an accent mark over an e, that I specified as well. I would rather drive to Camarillo or Thousand Oaks (I live in Ventura) than give any more business to these people.
