During my visit, I was searching for specific sketch pencils and met an elderly woman (around 80 years old) who was struggling to find certain paint brushes. She had already been looking for quite some time, and I spent about 30 minutes helping her before we decided to call the store for assistance. Heather answered the call and came to the back of the store within minutes. She spent significant time helping us locate the exact paint brushes needed (sizes #2 and #8), searching inventory, scanning items, and even helping us find additional ones that were on sale so the customer could purchase the quantity she needed. She then continued helping me search for my items as well. What impressed me most was that while assisting us, Heather was also helping multiple other customers, answering questions, and supporting her team through her headset--all while remaining calm, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I have rarely seen someone provide this level of attentive, multitasking customer service with such a positive attitude. I did mention this to a manager in-store, but I wanted to ensure Heather receives formal recognition as well. She is an outstanding employee and a true asset to your team.

This artwork made its debut at our wedding during our backyard boogie, where friends and family lined up to take photos with it because they were so impressed by the quality and craftsmanship. This piece will stay in our family forever, and I'm beyond grateful for the love and effort they poured into it. They also helped us print our wedding invitations and several custom printables that made our day extra special. They created a sign that said "Thank you for being a pizza our wedding" for our pizza station, a honeymoon fund sign with QR codes for Venmo and Cash App, and a Polaroid station sign that read "Please take a photo and sign our guestbook." On top of that, they printed memorial photos for my bouquet chain in the exact size I needed, honoring my grandma, my godmother, and my stepdad, who have all passed. Mr. Holland, the store owner, is fabulous! I recently had a birthday in which I received a very hard to find, custom made poster, of Stanley Kubrick, and Mr. Holland did a wonderful job of framing it. All things considered, I thought this frame job was going to cost more seeing some of the work he's done around his shop, but it was a decent price I must say, and it only took two days to pick up.
