Despite these areas they could improve, I was able to settle on a nice quality small crystal that was a perfect size and weight. I'm at a loss! Spent several days trying to get letters on mugs for left handed people and right…read morehanded people. I received proof that showed all the letters going in the same direction. Sent several messages to make sure initials were on the outside of the mugs. When I picked them up sure enough, the letters were on the inside of the mugs! Looks horrible! I paid $80.00 for the wrong side. There only solution was to put initials on both sides of the mugs. Didn't say, to get new mugs and would redo, no it was our fault. If you want any special item done , DONT GO HERE! Throughly disappointed!

When I picked up the trophy, I brought it to their attention that it was incorrect and they responded with "oh, I don't remember you mentioning that when you dropped it off." I proceeded to ask for the form I filled out that had it as a single word and conveniently they had "no idea where it was at". I asked for them to fix it and they said I would have to be charged again. Absolutely unacceptable when the mistake was theirs and not mine. They also did not place an accent mark over an e, that I specified as well. I would rather drive to Camarillo or Thousand Oaks (I live in Ventura) than give any more business to these people.

I very much appreciated the good service and the sensitivity they showed. The owner went out of his way to give me as much as he could for the jewelry I had to sell, and was even concerned about my situation and asked me questions about it. (which was very kind of him.) I had no intention of discussing my situation. I was just going to sell what I needed to sell and go, but it just came out, and again they were all very helpful and kind about it. I grew up in the area, and myself, my wife, and other family members have done business with this store for decades one way or another.
