Sent several messages to make sure initials were on the outside of the mugs. When I picked them up sure enough, the letters were on the inside of the mugs! Looks horrible! I paid $80.00 for the wrong side. There only solution was to put initials on both sides of the mugs. Didn't say, to get new mugs and would redo, no it was our fault.
