I booked my pick up well in advance of my trip but then life happened: extended stay out of the country due to Covid, adding a rider, removing the extra rider, changing flights and days, changing terminals...But none of that caused a problem. This company is a FRAUD!!! After they took my money, they decided that my zip code is outside of their "area". FYI. I was VERY clear that I was going from one place to another and my pick up point was in the middle. I offered to drive to their "area" and got an immediate cancellation....no discussion.
