I'm a control freak. Was very hesitant after another car service "no showed" on a prior trip. Spoke with several companies before booking Odyssey for r/t ride to LAX. We couldn't be happier with our choice! Our driver was Charlie and he kept me posted via text from his cell, had all of our flight info on hand and arrived early. The Cadillac Escalade was immaculate, bottled water waiting for us. Charlie also picked up on our return and it was just as easy. He's a great driver, safe and congenial. Getting one's family from Thousand Oaks to LAX (and back again) during the holidays isn't typically efficient nor inexpensive, but Dino at Odyssey Limousine has made this a smooth experience for our annual trip. Best decision ever. Driver Steve ensured my son did not leave his cell phone behind - and Sky was amazing when we landed at Tom Bradley terminal coming home at midnight - I still have no idea how he found us first time around LAX amidst the MOST people I've ever witnessed at any terminal ever. I mean it was mayhem after a 1-mile plus walk from our gate followed by baggage claim. Odyssey is competitively priced for curb-to-curb service, is very thorough & employs excellent drivers. This company was recommended by a friend and I took a chance on them for my transportation on a trip from LA to NYC and back, and was very impressed. The service was flawless, all drivers were pleasent, helpful and on time, cars were clean and very comfortable. The ower Dino took care of all communications personally, we exchanged many calls and text messages while making arrangements and I never had to wait for his response longer than a few minutes. In New York my driver Jean gave me a quick tour of the city because we had extra time on the way to JFK. The flight to LAX was delayed by 40 min and my driver Nick kept sending me reassuring texts that he was there waiting for me and as I finally got out, greeted me with a big smile on his face, picked up my luggage, brought me home and rolled all my suitcases right into the hallway. Used their service for LAX drop off and pick up .Let me tell you this is one of the best services that I have used. Dino, the owner is amazing and got everything set up for us. We travelled with 4 adults and 2 kids. Our Chauffeur Dan was very professionals and really patient given the kids with us. While we returned he waited at the baggage claims area and helped with all our luggage etc. Also he is a very safe driver and on time. Dino and his staff were great! I travel a lot and have used different services in the past but they were one of the top for sure. Dino was very accommodating to our needs especially during prom season which was a busy time for them and ours was a wedding and last minute thought. I'm really picky on vehicles and how they are serviced being in the Helicopter Maintenance line of work and this is a big importance to me. I wont use Uber or Lyft for that reason. My safety, family and my guest is always my top concern. No doubt they take great care of their vehicles and their staff was very professional. Used Odyssey Limousine Service for the first time for our round trip from Newbury Park to LAX. Everyone knows how stressful it is to travel to LAX. Our driver, Dan, arrived 10 minutes early which started our trip in a most positive way. He was courteous, professional, personable and a very safe driver.
