They continually provided feedback and reminders of the upcoming service. Ruben showed up about 5 minutes early (at 5:30 am) to take us to the airport and the car was very nice, got us there in plenty of time. When we returned to Lax, I sent Ruben a text (at 10:30 pm) and he was there to pick us up in about 3 minutes. When we got home, he brought all the luggage inside for us.
