I came here for a Live Scan appointment and due to my strange work hours, I chose this place…read morebecause they offer flexible hours. They're technically open "24 hours" and the owners states that you can call any time and he can meet you at the office. The primary office is a rental space but they offer other services such as passport renewal, notary, etc. When I first went I was grateful for the flexibility and Zee was very friendly. There were some difficulties getting good quality fingerprints and he submitted it saying that it should "be okay." A couple days later, I received a notification that my fingerprints had been rejected and I needed to return to the same site to get a repeat Live Scan done. I was in TO visiting family but I work a couple hours away, so I had to re-arrange my schedule to drive all the way back for a Live Scan appointment. When I had scheduled my first appointment, I had called about 1 week in advance and he requested that I call the day-of instead, preferably a couple hours before I could come in. So for my second appointment, I called the office the morning of and no answer. I called a couple more times, and still no answer. I finally got in touch with the operator (who I'm guessing works remotely) and at first she had no clue what I was talking about when I requested a Live Scan appointment and asked if I had called the correct number. She said she'd leave a message and give me a call back shortly. She didn't get back to me so I called again 1-hour later. She had no clue who I was even though I had just gotten off the phone with her, and we had to start over again. She then told me Zee was "not online" and would try to get my message to him and give me a call back. Again, no call back. I called her a third time- she still didn't know who I was and we had to repeat the whole song and dance. I decided to just show up to the office to see if anyone was there, but of course it was locked. The next day, I tried calling a couple times and no one answered. I ended up having to chat with the business through Google just to find out Zee was out of town and that he would get back to me. He gave me a call back the following day stating he was out of town with no service. While this isn't entirely his fault, I was really frustrated by the lack of communication and even more frustrated because I was specifically told not to call too far in advance (which would've prevented this whole fiasco). He is very friendly and I think the services are convenient... until they're not... but I was also uncomfortable because he sort of pressures every customer to leave a 5-star review on platforms such as Yelp and Google. Based on the other reviews customers have left, I'm sure my experience was an exception to the norm but next time I will try to find a place that is more consistent and reliable.

Can you believe the fuel cost driving 2 hour away to Jacksonville spending gas money and lunches in the hope you will be paid for your sales. There have been many agents getting nothing in return for their work. When you ask for your fair cut of your sales they intimidate you by sending their lawyers to you. The owner of the company is rich and lucks empathy for his agents. We went hungry, my family and I because of the low pay we got contrary to the contract. They promised me residuals after a month but I never got a penny. The owner runs the company with his kids.

When we pointed out the inaccuracies they "kindly" reduced it by $660. Laughable. This company and others like them are the reason our insurance bills are some of the highest in the nation. We understand coming into this it's a possibly our credit issue may not be fixed. We know this will take time. But one thing this company lacks is integrity. They are not true to their word. If you say something such as "I will call you back", please carry out your promise. All I asked for was communication. During this entire process, I only spoke with Chris 2 times. I called, no one answered I texted, no one answered You email Chris, no response He has an assistant Laurie who will respond to emails. She mentioned in my last email " Yes, Chris knows you are expecting a call" guess what? He never called me back!!! Chris said he will contact his lawyer associate and stated " I will call you back and give you an update" guess what? He never called back.
