In true millennial fashion, I started digging around on her Instagram profile. This led me to her website, where I read her "About" page and immediately thought, "I think this might be the person I've been looking for." You see, a few years back I completely blew my life up - I left an 11 year relationship, quit my secure office job, and moved to a new city to pursue a new career and life. I was doing pretty well with all the changes initially, riding the waves of inspiration and momentum that come from so much newness. However about a year and a half in, I felt myself start to falter. As the novelty wore off, I realized that though I had taken a giant leap in the direction my heart had always wanted, I had no idea how to sustain this trajectory. In fact, I could feel my old behavioral patterns centered around fear and self doubt kicking in. I knew that if I didn't find some help, I was going to get stuck.
