I had tried out Paixao's cleaning. The best thing about Paixao is the customer service communication for scheduling and answering questions. Also, their response to accepting feedback is wonderful as well. So far I had tried a one time cleaning and I will make my decision on who to hire for regular cleanings after trying some other companies as well. My first cleaning was mostly good but the difficult part was not fully being able to communicate with the cleaning team on exactly what needs to be done. I understand that with every new house, there is a learning curve. I saw an ad that they would do steam cleaning and it sounds like it's only areas that require special attention. As I was looking for a cleaning service, I was very excited that they would have this special tool. I'm hoping to see the difference in the areas they clean with this tool. The initial cleaning took about 3 hrs with a team of 2. They respected that I don't want them to wear shoes during the cleaning and they had booties or took off their shoes. I'd have preferred a deeper clean of the fridge as well as moving the fridge and cleaning underneath, but overall I was happy with the results, especially for the cost. I hired Paixao to do a move-in cleaning. Several items did not have to be cleaned such as the refrigerator and oven. I asked them to focus on floors, windows, bathrooms, and cupboards. My new home has cupboards that are higher than a person can reach. As we did a walk-through I asked how she cleaned them. She indicated she reached as high as she could, and just swatted the rag across without really seeing if it was clean or not. Since it was dark when they finished, I was not able to check all the windows. Many windows were not cleaned, even though they were at a reasonable height to reach. At the end of the day, there were cupboards that were not clean windows that were not washed and areas of the floor that we're still with dust and dirt. I contacted Paixao to share my disappointment and how to remedy the situation. She indicated that she could send someone, but it would have to be within a short timeframe as she felt the house could get dirty again and she did not want to be responsible. The moving van was coming the next day and I could not meet the short time frame. The lack of quality of work and attitude of the owner, I would not never hire them again. read more

Paixao sent 2 cleaners to start the initial service. They cleaned the upstairs bathroom, bedroom and hallway first; followed by the stairs, livingroom, downstairs bathroom and kitchen. The duo thoroughly scrubbed off the cooling oils baked into the stove, cabinets and ceiling. The whole cleaning took a out 4 hours and the whole house has a very fresh and pleasant scent.
