You should keep better records so when your customers call, you can know how to best serve them, or in our case, not serve them. We were charged $145 for you to come to our house and tell us you don't carry the replacement for r-22 as many other companies do and have had great success maintaining units with it. You just want to sell us a new unit on a small house between 8-10k dollars. We have been using Superior for years with our rental houses. I've always been happy but today I just feel like we've been ripped off. I told them the issue with our unit so they knew when they came out that we needed recharged. They don't have any r22 anymore though. So of course they want to sell us any unit and charge us a diagnostic fee that is $50 more than anyone else.

Mr. Ward was very courteous, not only to me, but also in how he spoke with his helper! They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They were happy to have me observe as they worked to, efficiently and methodically diagnose and then repair my air conditioner unit. Each step along the way, the owner, Chris, explained what they were doing and why. Their accurate and honest diagnosis and repairs SAVED me between $800 and $1,000 ccompared to other contractor estimates I had recently received. And the other contractor had almost talked me into buying a new a/c unit which would have cost me significantly more. I'm very grateful and impressed to find this kind of honesty and excellence in Chris Ward and to see that he is teaching his helpers to deliver the same kind service as well. This summer, my air conditioner stopped working. First thing in the morning, I looked up HVAC…read moreservices nearby and picked these guys since they were open early and they were the closest. Somebody responded immediately and sent a technician in the afternoon. The tech did a thorough checkup and identified that the capacitor had gone bad. They also suggested that I replace the entire HVAC unit since it is almost 20 years old. I requested a quick fix which is to replace the capacitor. Capacitors seem to be very cheap when purchased online. They charged way more than the price, of course factoring in the time and labor involved with the analysis and replacement, it was reasonable. The tech who showed up was very knowledgeable. A few months later, in winter and a day after the first frost, my heater stopped working and I spent an entire night shivering in the cold. First thing in the morning, I requested conditioned air solutions for a technician and they sent someone within a couple of hours. The tech spent a lot of time checking the hvac system and identified the same issues as the previous tech mentioned. This technician was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. It was apparent that my HVAC is getting old and I could no longer continue with the temporary fixes. I decided to replace the entire thing and conditioned air solutions gave me an estimate and a payment plan. After I agreed, they booked a technician within a couple of days. The entire process went smoothly and their technicians have done an awesome job with the installation. They cleaned up well afterwards. I could not be happier with the service. I suspect that their prices might be a bit higher, but from what I understood talking to their techs is that the company pays them well and treats them well. So, all is well! I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Technician did most of the work but failed to return to complete the job, although I was billed for the entire job and my credit card charged. I requested a refund for the amount of work charged to my credit card that wasn't completed. They did refund the amount of $526.
