I contacted Vitaly for car service to Napa with a group of girlfriends. He responded immediately and sent me a quote. He arrived 10 minutes early and his SUV was clean and comfortable. Of course, one of the things that is concerning to me when using a service for the first time is "what if they don't show up?"
