The next day my mom received a phone call from their always rude call center. The person who called was reading my mom the rules on how you must make an appointment they do not accept walkins. So strange when D from the riverside location was so happy to visit and see my mom after she sold her a 17k pair of hearing aids. So frustrating! People please go with your parents to these appointments they truly need our guidance and supervision. If not they will be taken advantage of. Shame on you miracle ear, you need to step up your client service and care about the elders and patients that are keeping you in business.

She refused to show me the bottle from where they draw the medication. Finally after me insisting on seeing the bottle, it turns out the tirzepatide was mixed with glycine and VitB12. She intentionally misled me and was negligent . She was so entitled and rude . When I asked for a refund because she should have informed me at the very beginning upon my request that she cannot provide the service I am requesting, she still ignorantly chose to proceed just to make an extra $100 for herself.

Lucy greeted me and without looking at my chart, said "I got you". She confirmed my glasses were under warranty and had my frames in stock. She had me out of the office in 10 minutes. I walked out with a new pair of frames and I felt amazing and relieved that I had no out of pocket expenses and that I didn't compromise my sight. The place itself is roomy, clean and there is a huge variety of frames to choose from. The staff is courteous and helpful. There's a special parking area behind the office for patients and street parking is available. I'd highly recommend visiting the office and saying hi to Lucy! She's super friendly and cares about her clients experience.

The receptionist and technician are not always there. Their hours are weird. They close at lunch which may be the only time some patients can come. The place needs a top to bottom scrub and reorganize. They do not take walk in patients. If you have an issue and need to see the tech or audiologist you might wait and must have an appointment. I would say that the care I received was ok. A bit rushed. I was not given any real choice when choosing HA's I understand holding me to a certain level or price point but I do not understand limiting choice among brands. The whole thing feels obfuscated. She was very thorough, and we discussed my medical history in-depth. After my appointment, I met with the staff member David to go over my options for glasses. He was so much fun, and I found the perfect pair. The whole process was easy, and I was so happy to find a pair of glasses AND sunglasses.
