In fact, I had a similar experience just two weeks earlier, when I was left on hold until the office closed and my call was disconnected without any resolution. I told the intake nurse that I tore my ACL and she looked at my ANKLE. Then the doctor comes in and stares at their laptop, asks a few questions and didnt even look at my knee (she submitted a x-ray referral for my RIGHT knee). I left with no paperwork (not even a receipt) and a promise to "submit a referral for an orthopedic surgeon". 11 days later, I'm still on crutches have STILL not seen a doctor. You know why? Because an orthopedic needs MRI before our appointment. That was the whole reason I went to Colima Care, to get a referral for an MRI. My first impression of Colima Care was that they are way too busy. It shows from their poor service and utter lack of urgency from their staff. They kept telling me to wait for referrals but have been sending in the wrong referrals, making me wait longer. I will avoid Colima Care any for medical care in the future.

My mom is currently in the ICU due to negligence on an existing condition. I had taking my brother for her to check out my brother finger due to an infection he had from and injury, explaned to the doctor that he had no insurance and she still saw him, waited to be charge for the visit and there was no charge, but she scolded him because he has a heart problems and told him to bring paperwork in so she can fill it out so that he can have medical insurance. She once told me when anytime one of us ends up in the hospital to have the hospital to call her to let her know. My daughter was 2 yrs old, she broke her arm, we took her to the hospital, she needed surgery, so her visit would be a longer stay, i asked them to call Dr. Cecilio so they can let her now that one of her patient was in the hospital, I also keep asking for the surgeon, due to my baby was in alot of pain. I asked if the had called Dr. Cecilio again and the told me that she was in a conference and they left her a message.
