I walked in on a Friday, and although their technician was out for the rest of the day, the receptionist quickly scheduled me for the first available appointment Monday morning. The process was smooth from start to finish. I filled out a short evaluation form, and the actual hearing test took less than five minutes. The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The technician also took the time to share helpful tips on how to preserve my hearing, which I really appreciated. The office itself has an inviting waiting area, and there's convenient parking available in the back. Overall, it was an easy, informative, and positive experience; definitely worth stopping by if you've been putting off getting your hearing checked.

Barbara is sweet and cares for you every step of the way! They carry a variety of products and help you find the right fit for you! Hearing aids are not cheap but they make sure you get the right one for you needs and it is worth every penny! I went with a pair of hearing aids from Starkey and they gave me my life back. I went from constantly going "huh" to being involved in conversations again. My hearing was so bad I could not hear my son very well anymore so having conversations with him was difficult. The first time I heard his voice with my hearing aids on brought me to tears, I now have conversations with my son everyday and hear every word! The biggest surprise was how well they filter out background noise! One night I came home and I heard an owl hooting over everyone talking. It had been years since I heard owls near my home and I thought they no longer visited near me. I was wrong, I just wasn't able to hear them anymore! The hearing aids that I got from Ascent hearing gave me my life back! And now I get to have a great conversations with Sam and Barbara every time I go in for a check up!

They were so helpful and kind to make sure I get the best care. I've had one hearing aid for the past 8 years due to not being able to afford a repair or new hearing aids for both ears. Valerie asked a lot of questions to see what was it like with my daily struggle of having one hearing aid, not being able to hear well with other people or being in a big loud environment. She made sure to help me find a good hearing aids that works out for my budget and also the style of hearing aids for my liking. She went through above and beyond to make sure I'm good and I truly appreciate that I feel comfortable and welcomed every time I come in and look forward to do my appointment with her. For the past two weeks, I couldn't get over of how much I love my new hearing aids and seeing how it really makes an impact in my daily life of being a working mom. I am truly grateful for her and she's the best person to have as your audiologist. I would give Kun Hearing 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Thank you Valerie and William!

I will assess my impressions and factual events of my visit to this office. I have gotten out of practice of checking an organization on yelp prior to going to a company and after the fact, has noticed this office has a very low rating. There are other HearUSAs in area with much better ratings. Parking was very convenient, ample spaces. The office was pleasant, good seating, uncluttered and the person at the front desk was polite and professional. While filling out the forms another staff member came in to assist the front desk person with the computer/program (unsure which) as the office was having technical issues. Upon completing the paperwork, Claudia Morales - Hansen, the technician who would be conducting the hearing assessment was nothing less than professional and personable. She explained everything she was going to do and began the process. Just about the time we were ready to begin, a very loud gentleman entered this booth, already occupied by myself and Ms. Claudia announcing, "Supervisor" and proceeded to remove my left earplug to reinsert it painfully into my ear. In my opinion, whe Ms. Claudia placed the right and left plugs into my ears it felt fine, and well placed. Needless to say, I was appalled at his entrance and the fact that he seemed to "undermined" Ms. Claudia's role. He then left the booth/room as abruptly as he entered. Long Story short, Ms. Claudia graciously proceeded explaining she was an "apprentice" and he was checking her work. I am a 30 year Human Resources professional and have never seem such a rude, insensitive supervisor. In my opinion he performed poorly, hurting me in the process. He needs more training on how to supervise and customer service. I now understand why their company ranks so low and I think Ms. Claudia deserves an apology from Mr. HOLDEN BAKER-BRITO.
