I arrived later than expected from work…read moreto a beautiful new car...he was hoping I'd be there as they dropped it off but unfortunately things didn't work out as such. Nevertheless I was still completely surprised and happy. A couple of days later he sends me a link that he had received from Evolution Leasing. They had taken photos of my gift being delivered. From the car on the flatbed, placing of the red bow on the hood, their representative holding my 6 month old (lol), my 7 year old "driving" the new car, several of my husband and our 2 boys standing with the car etc...they uploaded all our pics into a Dropbox account and sent them to us! A week or so after we get a coffee mug with a picture of my husband and two boys printed on it and a couple days after that a magnetic calendar with some more pics!! I can't say anything about the financing or in and outs of the actual car "buying" portion of the deal as I wasn't aware he was getting me a car, but he seemed very much at ease with his purchase. I'm extremely impressed by their customer service. Our experience has been above any expectations we have ever had for a dealership. Can't recommend them enough!!

So please take my rating as an average. I have always leased Infiniti's, so having that kind of service is something you get used to. My last Q60 was stollen, I decided to get a wrangler. My decision was because it was a car I always wanted. Not due in to sales pressure. If I have to say how my sales experience was November of 2020. I would give it 1 . The sales person was not helpful. They tried to get me into every model below what I wanted, kept me there forever playing their games, when I tried to leave, and even chased my car acting like they had a better deal to offer me. It was like a bad car salesman skit. At the end what we had a agreed for the down payment, was not what I paid before I walked out the door. I was too exhausted to fight, and just wanted to go home. The sad thing is I would have never had to deal with this at Infiniti. There I would test drive the car, on side streets, the highway, and where I wanted (wait that is any car). I am used to being in and out in less than 30 min with a new car. At Jeep, the sales man was too lazy to put gas in the car and only took me down side streets. To this day.... I hate my Jeep on the highway. I regret that I never test drove it to know that you can't use your blue tooth on 95. Should I continue.... No, I'll just leave it at that. I'm happy with this car for what it is, I got the Jeep I wanted. But, I will never give this dealership business. When you think of car salesman and the reputation they have.... This is the true meaning of them. Service: I can't complain. I have gone in for oil changes. Waited, or taken an Uber to work. Prior cars I was given a loaner. But, it's not a luxury car. This last oil change they did not reset my mileage to 0 for the next oil change. But, I know how to do that myself. My Jeep also is set to have an oil change every 10,000 miles. So, I am not sure why they put a sticker on the window for the next one due in 5,000 miles. I thought the days of stickers in the windows left us in the 90s. They washed it, so it looks great. They have a great area to sit and wait. You can get work done, have coffee, or relax... so no complaints. Service staff is friendly and helpful. I will give them all the s. (Sales hurts the overall rating of this location)

    WARNING STAY AWAY! Aventura had two new Jeeps which we were…read moreinterested in with a advertised sales price on them. We called and were insured that they had them and several others in stock to choose from and that they always honour the sale prices. We drove down to Aventura, and after waiting an hour they could not find these two Jeeps, but offered one that had several scraches and a dent in it with 900 miles on it. When we asked to look at the other ones in stock they advised us that they could not sell them as they would not start and the computers were out of them. They lied and said even if they found the Jeeps we were interested in, they would not be able to sell them at that sales price, but could get one from another dealer for 10k more. Sales rep and sales manager were not helpfull and very upset that we would not put an offer in on the scrached and dented one with 900 miles on it. STAY AWAY AND DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.

I was sold a vehicle with the written and signed promise that my registration and plate would be processed and delivered within 30 days. That was part of the dealer fees I paid for. They did not honor that. My paperwork and license plate were delivered on Day 46 -- almost seven weeks later. During this time, my temporary tag expired, and I was unable to legally drive the vehicle I had just purchased. That is not a "minor inconvenience." That is real financial damage and an unnecessary disruption to my life. I notified my salesperson (Emilio) before the expiration and was literally told to "just wait." No urgency. No responsibility. No action. The replacement temporary tag only arrived almost a week after the first one expired -- meaning I went days unable to drive a car I'm making payments on. When I requested reimbursement for the dealer fees associated with processing paperwork that was not completed on time, I was dismissed and spoken to in a condescending, unprofessional tone. Their response was essentially: "We did nothing wrong. Move on." Let me be clear: They signed a written agreement stating registration would be handled within 30 days. They failed to meet that agreement I was left without legal plates for days They accepted zero responsibility They refused reimbursement and acted like I was the problem This dealership looks polished from the outside. But if something goes wrong -- even when the issue is caused by them -- they will not take accountability. They will leave you dealing with the consequences alone, then speak to you as if you should be grateful they sold you the car at all. If you choose to buy here, understand: Once they have your money, you are no longer their priority. I wish someone had posted a review like this before I purchased. I'm posting it so the next person knows what they're stepping into.

My brother has been a member since he joined the USMC, and as a retiree, uses them for most of his banking needs. With two branches in Miami, we went to the closest one to the Port of Miami. I'm a member too (through him), so I did some banking while we were there. A lot of the transactions can get complicated, so the wait can be a bit long. There is a greeter who asks how they could help...any personal banker needs is directed to sit down while waiting for one of five bankers to get free. Things that can be done with a teller, is directed to a single line with 2 tellers. Once I got to front, it didn't take very long, and the teller was very pleasant, apologizing for the wait. I was done quick, with my brother taking a bit longer. He later told me, it had been a pleasant exchange.
