I, unfortunately, use a lot of prescription drugs and finally just had to give up and move to a local ph. One mistake after another and they would tell me they would call when they got it fixed. When I didn't get the call they seemed to have no record of my call and it all had to start over from the beginning. And ordering something in that isn't on the shelf like an electronic or household item. Never got a call back. The last straw: I lost an ear bud. They asked me to leave the airpod case there, took down my information. Ten days later I get a call: "We have your airpods here." Me: Great, I'll come get them. LD: It's missing an airbud. Me: Yes, that's why I brought it in. LD: Do you want a new one? Like, why else would I bring it in? Did I need the tech to take 10 days to confirm that one air pod is missing? It took over two weeks to get a part that probably could have arrived the next day. And the computer system must have been new in 1980. To get anything done the workers need to write a short story into the computer. I've lodged complaints and watched the managers eyes glaze over. Nothing was repeated back to me and I'm certain nothing was written.

I also found there are more local made products within the store so as to support local producers, yes, the price maybe a bit higher then national brands, but if we all chip in and help buy local, we are helping our society to recover faster! In the end those products were not only proven faulty, but their customer service was non existent. What transpired was myself picking up a Funk 21.0LX Master/Slave combo sub set with 4800 watts RMS of the cleanest power i have experienced to date. I have had several high powered subs in the past but nothing like this.These have enough clean power to literally flex windows in my home in a non sealed 2400^3 room while maintaining audio clarity that has to be experienced. Materials throughout are of very high quality down to the hand built drivers with four layer carbon fiber cones. At times i forget how much power is been delivered by these things as they are just that clean. Nathan is a man who is highly respected by many for his integrity, audio genius, and craftsmanship. We've used The Brick for two major hauls, once to buy furniture for our bedroom and living room and then the second time to get pieces that were missing. I like it that you get everything that you need even electronics, and they deliver free of charge. In under an hour for both shopping trips we had a new bedroom set picked out, living room furniture, dinning room furniture, bathroom storage solutions, TVs and wall art. I hate driving around to multiple locations trying to get what you need to get your house together and this was just convenient. The sales rep Ahmad that helped us was very cool and wasn't one of those pushy sales people. I wish I remembered the name of the lady that helped us the second time around, she was awesome as well. Delivery happened on time/ hassle free and just like that we had peices of furniture to fill our house. Pro tip: ask to purchase the floor model (it's already assembled and may be discounted).
