He also says the insurance will cover because it was a medical necessity. After 3 months of trying, the device does not work and trying to contact the office, but the office administration said they have moved. No way to find. So now I wasted the money to buy the devices and did not get any help from him. It was a scam, and he is a terrible doctor. He does not care about the patient. I am just a number to him. What we found is worthy of positive comments. Every person we've met, starting with the receptionist, who seems to be a Jack-of-All-Trades, has a noticeably and genuinely good attitude, something that is extremely important to us. And, they treat us as if we are friends, and that is certainly appreciated. We have very poor memories, but we believe Dr. Bruce treated my wife two or three years ago, and corrected whatever the issue was. (We'll find out during our next visit, if we remember.) The bottom-line is that if Dr. Bruce were not very good, he would not be very busy. We see Charyl for deep tissue massages, and walk out feeling so much better. We laid off for a while, but should not have. We consider the massages necessary. That's why we keep going back, but that is not all. Charyl is a an absolute delight, so much so that we love her. And we're friends, too. During our last visit she very excitedly showed us one of recent wedding pictures, and we genuinely responded in-kind. We are so happy for her. Her brand new husband had a big, genuine smile on his face, as if he'd just hit the jackpot. He did. Bertram Healing Center provides other services. We aren't familiar with those services, but we believe that one is essentially whole body healing. I do know that if those services weren't effective, at least for most, they would not be offered. About 8 years ago my family and I walked in to see Dr. DR at Cedar Park Tech chiropractor and this visit was a life changing experience. Dr. DR was thorough in our initial visit and has maintained the thoroughness throughout the years. Dr. DR has a passion for seeing his patients healthy and balanced that attributes to a successful life. Everyone I come in contact with that converses about needing chiropractic care, I let them know I know the best one and refer them to Dr. DR. Last month my 48 year old sister had a hemorrhagic stroke on the right side (absolutely no movement for a month of her left arm) in fact the OT therapy said it would never be the same. This was very upsetting and the first person that came to mind was Dr. DR. I took my sister in to see Dr. DR yesterday for the first time when we walked out my sister said "WOW, I haven't felt this good since before my stroke". Last night was the first night in a month that my sister didn't ask for pain medication. My sister's first question to me this morning was " when is my next appointment with Dr. DR.
