horrible unprofessional and indifferen. made an appointment yesterday I get to the place at Williams dr. and nobody even knows we had an appointment with a pretty good amount of indifference the lady at the desk tells me that the doctor isn't even there today lol pretty sad way to treat and disrespect somebody else's time like that I don't see what the big fuss is about the five star reviews. this big shot doctor should call me and straighten this out so I can proof im being totally honest about the way we were treated but he won't call they don't care it's all about that money read more

I recently found myself in need of a chiropractor. Since "my" chiropractor is practically on the other side of the universe (Circle C), I decided to try out a Georgetown chiropractor. The first appointment was spent assessing my condition. There were a lot of questions asked and then afterward I spent some time getting some treatment (roller bed, muscle stimulation, heat). Dr. Ash told me he preferred to get some x-rays done before he did an adjustment. I left feeling very frustrated. I hadn't gotten adjusted - I was still in pain - and was grumpy. The next day I got some x-rays done and returned to Dr. Ash's office. To my surprise, I could actually see what was wrong with me. The coolest part of going to this particular chiropractor is that he shows you on the x-ray the where's and why's of the pain you have. I've literally never had someone take the time to explain why I've had constant and chronic neck pain for the past eight years. Dr Ash is very knowable, kind, and wonderful! When I first went there I had so much pain I could hardly move. Now within a month I started exercising again. The staff there is very caring and helpful . It's a beautiful facility with a lot of amazing equipment. I work in south Austin and live in north Austin and sometime the drive is very long with the traffic. I still think the drive is worth it. I really can't say enough good stuff about this place. For one it is such a happy environment (which I know that in itself is not going to make your back feel better but I will get to that part... LOL)I've been here a bunch of times and literally every single time has such a great ambience and Happy feeling. Everyone is super welcoming and super helpful. The building is beautiful, there's never a long wait, they are so personal here. Dr. Ash really figures out what your needs are and personalizes your treatment. I got to be really honest and tell you I only started coming to get chiropractic services because my husband talked me into it (I've always been leary), and now we are both regulars. I came across Dr. Ash by pure luck! I just moved to Georgetown and injured my back one morning. My usual chiropractor in Austin wasn't in the office that day and I needed help desperately. They worked me in immediately and Dr. Ash saw me promptly. He has a great bedside manner and really cares about helping you get better. I'm glad he wss smart and cautious enough not to give me an adjustment on my lower back until he could get MRI results to make sure he would do no harm. He worked on the back gently and iced/TENS-machined it. Good thing he was cautious, because I ended up finding out I had 2 herniated discs and a bone spur pressing on my nerve roots, which is was caused the horrendous pain down my leg. I went to the Ortho Doc and got a couple rounds of epidural steroid injections and after a couple weeks had gone by, I had my second visit today. He and his staff, Lauren, Maso and Katie remembered me and were very concerned about my progress. My experiences with many of the chiropractors I had been to in the many years I've had back issues was either that I felt they were trying to milk the insurance, ordering pricey procedures, or they had no clue, or weren't proactive and would get in a rut of a routine with me. Dr. Ash is nothing like that and I already trust his expertise immensely. It also helps that his staff is so attentive! Ash Chiropractic is well worth it!! read more

The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is inviting and warm. I see Kitara for acupuncture there, she is a phenomenal practitioner! Her prices are extremely reasonable. I am new to Georgetown. I was looking for an Ideal Protein Center to manage my weight loss program. I goggled it and found Dr Ash's office. I made an appointment. My first appointment was an in depth explanation of the program with no pressure to do the Ideal Protein program. I was carefully measured and weighed with compassion. I've had my second visit and it was wonderful. Jennifer and Jill are very experienced with this program and answered all my questions. I received their cell phone number to text them after hours if I needed to. Who does that??? I have only completed 6 days on the program and have lost 5 pounds. I am so excited. I woke up this morning with a sore neck that was miserable. I could hardly turn my head. I have known Dr. Ash for a while now, but I had never been in for their massage therapy until today. They were able to work me in for an hour of deep tissue treatment and an adjustment and tonight I feel significantly better! I would warn people against using this business. I was told I would only be resposnsible for an insurance copay of $20, then later billed for an additional $55 for a "consultation." I have been to 4 other chiropractors in Georgetown and NONE of them has ever slapped this charge onto my bill. Read the fine print of everything they make you sign, I don't trust them. read more

Dr Ash is top notch. He takes time to ensure that he's being as careful and deliberate as possible. Your first visit is spent finding out the source of your pain, etc. I like that he does x days before he adjusts you. He sat down and showed me WHY I had been in pain. Turns out it wasn't my imagination. I got a great treatment plan and after my first adjustment I feel better than I have in 9 months. I highly recommend Dr Ash. read more

Thank you Kitara for giving me my life back. Absolutely best acupuncturist ever, and I've had my share of acupuncturists. She is truly caring and highly professional in every way. I whacked my neck out 3 weeks ago, sought 3 other professional treatments prior to coming to Kitara, yet they didnt help. 1 hour with Kitara and she not only minimized the pain, but I felt truly restored, and all for only 50.00 dollars.
