The staff are not on the same page with the owner who does not accept responsibility for staff errors but instead uses the situation against you in such a sad and horrible time. Make sure if anything is written, that you do not discard of ANY PAPERWORK due to the different plans or changes made w/o discussion by the different staff members. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. New staff members all the time which raises concerns & confirms why errors are created. Children are in the office running around as if a daycare. ALL AROUND HORRIBLE and I hate that anyone I love or care about has to deal with this company. I would RATE -5 STAR if a option.
