This was the first time I have hired anyone to work on any home. I was skeptical about the quality person and work I would receive. We wanted our kitchen completely re-done and a dining room transformed into a bedroom. We had three contractors submit quotes for the projects. Jason Foster was quoting and actually going to do the work himself. He was there everyday, so there were no issues about accountability, bad communication, or shoddy work. He showed up until the job was 100% complete. We never had to worry about whether he was going to be there or not. His team was always polite and ready to get to work. Onto the work quality: Jason does a great job taking his time when he needs to. He doesn't cut corners to make it easier on himself. He knows the codes and how things need to be done. I feel I even nitpicked a few things, but he had no problems addressing them with no hesitation. We are very happy with the work that was done. Jason works with you, anytime he was uncertain of what we wanted, he got us involved to make choices, and he let us know when we could upgrade from what was quoted. Upgrades and additional work from what was originally quoted were very reasonably priced. We will be hiring Jason(Foster Construction) for any home renovations moving forward.
