Update 1/4/21: 5 stars goes to Dr. Evans. Incredible, friendly, good bed side manner, funny, just a kind doctor who shows he cares. Delivered my first baby and I honestly wouldn't want to go to anyone else! I completely trust him and he did my c-section perfectly. His medical assistant/nurse, Meesha, is very unprofessional to the point that she comes off as snarky and callous. I suffered a miscarriage last year and Meesha was the worst to me. I remember her calling me to tell me that my levels did not double and prepare to miscarry. Blunt. Short. No compassion whatsoever. No empathy. She must not have children or know what a miscarriage is like because she was a sour suck on a lemon. I went in there for 3-4 ultrasounds and lots of blood work and every time she was ice cold. I did, unfortunately, miscarry at 10 weeks and I remember everyone at the front asking me, excitedly, how my ultrasound went after I just heard the bad news and having to break down, cry and tell them I lost my baby was very hard and lonely (especially during COVID). Not one person showed me compassion in that office besides Melissa (who is always very sweet). Also, when I call over the phone, whoever answers in the back, is very rude and short. I was asking questions about a prescription I was not comfortable taking. I think she was offended I would not trust something they prescribed, but doing my own research, did not want to risk it with my new pregnancy (especially since having a miscarriage previously). Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows, but phone etiquette is just as important and I don't want to feel like I am a bother when calling. Front office is overall, super nice. The young, main girl is always friendly to me. The younger checkout girl is friendly too, but needs help learning how to schedule. She has scheduled my appointment wrong twice now which is inconvenient for me since I take this time off to be there. read more

Wow, I can not say enough good things about this office! Everyone of the office staff is absolutely amazing! So kind, helpful, proficient at their job. I personally see Dr Evans and he is fantastic! This is my second time using this provider for my obstetric care. I have met with Connelly and Washburn. Both of them have been extremely patient and caring throughout my pregnancies. The front desk staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful with answering any questions I had about billing, appointments, insurance etc. When leaving a message I have always received a call back quickly. Went to Dr. Evans today. Best gyno appt ever. Staff at desk were efficient and friendly. The nurse and doctor were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I had an unusual medical condition, but they made me feel comfortable. The exam itself was Not Horrible, which is saying alot.....tool was warm....exam was quick, easy and painless. I wish I could give this provider a higher rating. I actually really like him, his PA, and the interactions I had with them. He was always happy to spend a lot of time going over my questions and seemed to truly be interested in the current thoughts and practices surrounding obstetrics care. Kimberly Washburn was equally knowledgeable and very kind. That being said, the problems I had with the remainder of the staff ruined my experience there. The ladies who work the front desk are completely uninterested in customer service. You are lucky if you can get them to acknowledge your presence. They will not return phone calls. Do not trust them when they tell you something is covered. I paid for my prenatal care up front and discovered 4 months after the birth of my child that they had double billed me. They did refund my money but only after I called, if I hadn't figured it out they would have happily kept my money. They offered no apology or acknowledged why I might be upset about this. I'm still battling with them over another billing issue. If you go to this dr you will get good care, just make sure you check with your insurance before they order tests and watch your billing, and be prepared to call 3or 4 times to talk to someone. read more
