Staff admitted patient, but then apparently didn't read the results of the x-rays and other tests, insisted it was "a cold virus" when the x-rays said it was probably pneumonia. They released the patient within 20 hours, without supplemental oxygen or any prescriptions, and said they'd contact the PCP to handle that. Then they didn't. By the time the patient made an appt to see PCP, 4 days later, O2 levels were so low and the coughing and wheezing so bad that the PCP said "You need to be in the hospital, NOW." So we drove to Flagstaff.

Everytime they are wonderful, all very kind, yet professional. Just went in on May 15th as the Country is just beginning to reopen from Covid, and I had zero fears that these people have it all under control. From the sweet young girl greeting you in the hall for a temp check and a fresh mask...to the kind young lady I woke up to immediately asking if I would like something to drink. Being my usual "sarcastic self" I mentioned how wonderful coffee will be when I leave...but she mentioned a co-worker might have some, and within minutes I had a wonderful & fresh cup of strong black coffee. :) Think that was compliments of Chase??? Regardless of who, and of all the names I do not remember...the faces don't seem to change, and they're all consistently awesome! I will never go anywhere else for an "elective" procedure. I do not recommend them to anyone. I am very dissatisfied. I will probably pay the $38 but I do not recommend them to anyone.

After doing some diagnosis they ascertained I had Covid. Thank goodness I had gotten the vaccine since my symptoms were pretty bad. They would've received 5 stars, but trying to get a hold of anyone in the payment department is non-existent. I called several times and all I got was an answering machine. It can be quite frustrating when you have a huge bill that is due, but can't reach anyone to pay it. In February I had a routine service preformed and the lady who administered the service sent me a Thank You card for choosing CVRMC. I thought that little token of appreciation was very special. The hospital didn't have to send out anything, and the fact that they did and she signed it was touching. I would highly recommend this hospital due to the caring staff.
